I hope that they back Rowett by brining in his coaching / Management team. Obviously the board will want to penny pinch and tell him he has to have Saddler and King as they won't understand the importance of having a settled Management team in place.

Imagine how threatened the DOF would feel when Dyche turned up at meetings with his management team ready to argue there points. Dyche isn't the yes man that Rudders and Bottom want. Would probably only offer Dyche the job if he takes Saddler and King to dilute his power.
