  1. I hope I’m wrong, but something in my gut says we are sticking with RVN.
  2. Am I right in thinking Jake Evans can sign a professional contract next week?
  3. He had a run for a few games in the prem where I thought he looked ok. But he hasn’t half dropped off.
  4. Didn’t cooper have issues with him too?
  5. In the premier league. We kept plenty in the championship
  6. Did he get linked with Utd?
  7. Also, We'd have had the continuity of the manager and not just buying "experience" and instead people to fit a specific way of playing.
  8. He was but we had so many shots against us we were lucky it lots of games. They are both bad don’t let how bad RVN is cloud that. RVN is worse I agree.
  9. As has already been said, Cooper as Bad, but RVN is worse which I didn't think would be possible.
  10. Yep it’s bleak very bleak. It has to be purely financial why he’s still here.
  11. It is really strange, Burnley last season is the only similar parallel? but they at least scored the odd goal and also the manager got them promoted so I guess he had that in the bank.
  12. Wasn’t sure whether to laugh or cry at that,
  13. No thanks, had a bit of strange management career really
  14. Went to the Burton game tonight, fairly local to me bit of a 2nd team. Wasn’t overly impressed with orient (I blame wellens) but what I did is enjoy is both team having a go and it was end to end at times. Big win for Burton.
  15. Wasn’t impressed with his Leyton orient side tonight. Was at the game. Burton bullied them.
  16. Wish we were upside, inside out.
  17. Forest now are on similar points and a similar distance above the team below as we were. Their advantage might be that they could only have to finish 5th.
  18. Stoke away about 2005
  19. I’d like to have seen how it went with him this year. we certainly wouldn’t have had Ayew etc…. But not sure I’d go back.
  20. Something similar to the above. But days since we last won a trophy in the athletic is interesting. What has happened over the last 2/3 year is terrible but wouldn’t swap the last 10 years for the “stability” or boredom of a team like palace. What we have achieved shouldn’t paper over the issues now but we have been sooooo lucky as fans. Which makes it even worse now I think.
  21. I've resigned myself that he's here to stay until the end of the season. But then I am reminded record he has and am blown away how bad it is and that he hasn't been sacked.
  22. Yep, If VAR get the Ayew Foul on Southampton corner right, We lose there too. Maybe Cooper was a Lucky manager. Sometimes that what you need.
  23. Its crazy he's still here. But lots of crazy things happening at our club over the last few years,
  24. On the When you're smiling Pod, either Jack or Matt said the word "apathy". I think that is how I'm feeling and I think that is part of the problem as I'm not the only one. We need anger or passion to get a change. I think the players and Ruud are also in the same position.
  25. This I what feel and worry about the Martin situation. But I hope @ClaphamFox is right and we don't go down that route. I am a bit fed up with "modern" football. As actually all it is is copying what someone else does, but that other club has al the resources. Its like Creed Copying Pearl Jam, Bush Copying Nirvana, Sure they''lll have some success but ultimately its an imitation. (showed my age with that analogy) I'm not saying I want us to aimlessly whack the ball forward, but I what to tempo and pace.
