I'm currently applying for a graduate scheme - the current question has had me thinking quite a bit. It's asking for examples of recent setbacks or disappointments and how I over came it? I want to set the right tone but not sure what constitutes a good or bad example. Any help guys on how to pitch my answer? As not really had any personal set backs that I can recall recently...

Went to go see Lawless last night, cracking film and would recommend people go see it.

Pay day today and got a nice bonus from the boss for raking in some extra money during the bank holiday weekend. Also, don't usually buy scratch cards but was feeling lucky, so bought one and won £25! Today has been good.

Just watched some of the bundesliga hightlights on ITV4..have to say the atmosphere looks incredible at most games, so many flags and banners etc. Also, quite interesting to see at the end of the game, the winning team go over to their fans and all bow, strange considering our players don't even bother sometimes acknowledging us at games at the end.

Adam Buxton's BUG - had no idea who this guy was when I saw him on buzzcocks a while ago and thought he was a bit of a twat. But just starting watching his show on Sky 1 and its hilarious, he reads out funny comments on youtube music videos. Simple format but as I say really funny.

Watched Friends with Benefits last night, standard rom com, pretty enjoyable though but above all Mila Kunis is so hot in it! Worth a watch if you have sky movies.

Went to see Spector, they look like indie nobheads but pretty good music.

Maybe I'm stupid and missed the plot but what was the point of Charlize Theron's character? She was just an annoyance all the way through without really adding anything to the film.

Just back from Prometheus...great photography, Iceland I believe but on the whole I have to say the film for me was poor. I think it started well good plot but quickly got silly. Also, some of the props/effects/alien looked tacky and cheap. Dissapointing.

People that are constantly texting/BB'ming whilst you're talking to them either at work or when out with your friends. Rude and also very sad cause most don't even know they're doing it. Also, just walked behind a gypo and his mum out shopping, the lad stopped to empty the contents of his nose onto the pavement just in front of where I was walking. He did it a couple of times and his mum didn't even say anything. Screb.

Spotify Radio - had spotify for ages but only started listening to the radio comes up with some good songs and you can pick and choose what genre you're into. Pretty good.

By all means they can hog the lane all they like, it really doesn't bother me just don't get all arsey when you have to overtake me in the 'fast' lane when people are in a rush. Countless times people (usually in big cars) when overtaking in the 'fast' lane give me the two finger salute when passing me and I think its cause they see the car and think I am plodder, wheareas actually my car keeps a steady pace and obviously if there is room I will move aside but if everyone does it, why cant I hog the middle lane.

I also sometimes drive in the 2nd lane at a steady 70, simply cause I don't want to be stuck behind lorries and constantly overtaking as mentioned by somebody else on here. However, some people think just cause they have a massive cruising BMW or Merc they have the divine right to commandeer the middle lane and it is too much effort to overtake on the 'fast' lane. Ford KA's are cars too you know...

What I don't understand the pitches at St Margarets Pastures have been closed all week. Therefore, they must have lost quite a bit of money. Why haven't they got somebody to clear the snow off the pitch? Yes the pitches will still be frozen underneath but at least getting some direct sun light on it will help. I'm susposed to be playing hockey at St Margarets tommorow, will be really cheesed if our match is called off the 2nd week running. Snow is mean.

I got an email from a concerned colleague at work the other day (on return to work after a weekend of heavy snow) to say it was slippy outside the office. Personally, when I see ice/snow I automatically assume it is going to be slippy, maybe I am alone in thinking that...! Women....not the daftest email I have had at work but up there
