Sheffield United 22/23, top scorer Ndiaye with 14 Watford 20/21, Sarr with 13 There are plenty of other examples of sides going up with strikers on 17/18 league goals.. Doesn't really matter as long as the goals are evenly spread, a big issue this season has been an ineffectual left side.. I don't disagree that Ayew is rubbish tho..

We had our issues but weren't flirting with relegation, we weren't circling the drain.. We went 5th, 5th, 8th, 18th.. That's what makes our relegation all the more inexcusable..

Shouldn't have ever been here in the first place.. He was a pointless signing and has been largely shit but of all the chumps we need gone I don't think he was the most dislikable.. Still, it's a big wage off the bill and that all helps, more to follow hopefully..

Never really liked or warmed to him but Chilwell at the start of 18/19 under Puel was consistently fantastic.. Same in 19/20 pre COVID. Sustained periods in those two seasons he was pushing the best full backs in the league.. shame he was just a bit of a fanny!!

Nelson has to be a starting centre half when he's fully fit.. Can do everything Vestergaard can on the ball but off both feet, so mobile for his size too.. so so important we don't prioritise the other bell ends in his position over him..

In all the clips for Norwich he looks a completely different player, mobile, combative, quick-footed, pinging passes all over the place.. Whether or not its a confidence thing I don't know, but that season was 4/5 years ago and physically he looks and moves completely differently now.. I'd love him to come good but his standout season was quite a while ago tbh and there wasn't even a glimmer of anything approaching decent last year..

I don't think he'd have necessarily made it with us but it really is piss poor he didn't get a sniff of a loan before being released in his early 20s.. Pleased to see him doing so well up there..
