  1. You’d feel 80ft tall if you were Nelson now, not only a first league start but preferred over a bloke who cost a fair wedge and was playing for England as recently as 2022. Take your chance lad
  2. Ah man, poor bloke there.
  3. Ref looks like Pob
  4. Incredible that WBA hadn’t scored away since Dec 12th (according to the comms on my stream). They’re actually quite good!
  5. The 4-1 with the three long distance efforts was 2006. The game you're thinking of that (as good as) lead to our relegation was 2008, and was 3-1.
  6. No idea mate! The 4-1 against Wednesday had Chris Brunt scoring a couple if I remember right, fairly sure Rob Kelly was manager.
  7. I’m not sure you remember it that well given Chris Weale signed for us 3 years after that match It was mentioned on page 1.
  8. I'd imagine it'd be a Friday night job if (when) it's moved.
  9. Caceres is an interesting one. Linked before if I remember correctly, no idea how credible it was though.
  10. Took over the best squad Celtic have had in ages, playing the best football the league has seen in ages, while Rangers had a Michael Beale shaped handicap to start the season – and they're getting wobbly at the bare minimum. Please, please bottle it you odious little turd.
  11. I know they're rubbish and don't hold out much hope of an upset but Rotherham have, weirdly, taken points off Ipswich, Leeds, and Saints this season
  12. I don’t think we’re very good with shirts full stop but if there’s one thing you can borderline guarantee will be awful it’s the neck. Whichever of those templates has the worst neck will be the one we go for.
  13. It's an obvious thing to say but sides at the bottom have never been particularly good though? In ourselves, Southampton, Leeds and Ipswich you have four phenomenal sides at this level. The rung below you have Hull, WBA, Cov, Sunderland, Norwich who are all very capable, borderline good. Even in the midtable pack there are players like Whittaker, Smzodics, Stansfield, Azaz who are all pretty handy. There are plenty of examples this season of sides at the bottom of the table taking points off the sides at the top.
  14. I'd argue its the strongest its been in ages.
  15. That’s so funny, not surprised Gabriel is pissed off
  16. Bad bellend isn't he?
  17. Ah yes I forgot, because there is hypothetical potential for things to be worse we should all be grateful for the amateurs currently running the shop. “Be careful what you wish for” – what a bollocks phrase.
  18. You didn’t: “We are in the same position that got us on course to win this league.”
  19. Casadei played a part in 25 games (all comps) - he was cover but he still got significant game time and was set for more with Wilf’s injury. I still think we get over the line but to say we’re in the same position is untrue
  20. It’s factual that we’re weaker though, thus not “in the same position.” Raikhy has played about fifteen minutes for us in games that have been won. I’ll be astonished if he’s an upgrade.
  21. You could argue we aren’t in the same position given Casadei left. I know he didn’t set the world alight but he gave us capable cover in a position we are worryingly light in.
  22. I could semi-stomach this if Rudkin was getting up to all sorts of debauched capers in Thailand but he's the ultimate "just a room temperature water for me please" man on the planet.
  23. Funny way of spelling Jon Rudkin
  24. Probably did his ACL stepping off the plane
  25. Souttar has already been relegated twice.
