Yeah fair play to Moyes, I thought he was toast after Sunderland let alone that pretty crap first spell at West Ham, destined to end up on the carousel doing 6-12 month stints at the arse end of the league.

On the side of you both, I don't find her funny in the slightest (I remember not too long ago she genuinely did a "aren't Southerners rude compared to Northerners!" gag on Twitter for crying out loud) but a good number of people seemed to be piling on her last night for her disability rather than that, which isn't really on.

If their love for him is so unwavering why do they value him at such an absurdly low price. I know they don't want their trousers pulling down but their offers have repeatedly been crap.

Do two on loan deals three years apart really constitute a fetish

I don’t rate the Second Tier pod but that tweet is very much praising Ipswich for being part of the conversation rather than being completely disparaging about us.

Ipswich (A) 1 - 1 - Boxing Day - Post-Match Thread

Second half wasn’t good at all and conceding that felt inevitable, but we didn’t lose. They seemed to shoot from that exact position far far too often second half though. Subs to a man offered nothing. Faes was good, Stephy had a tidy first half and KDH tried his best throughout. Just a bit mergh that. -
Really pleased for Casade, go on lad

Who started the Leicester's the place thing? I know it was from Booze Britain but how did it get going on Twitter?

The Running Thread (formerly How fast can you run a 5k?)

I just got my running shoes 'off the peg' from the Nike shop but by all accounts Up & Running will look at your gait and recommend some gear if you're after some input! Quite a few dotted around the country. -
I loathe Forest but there's a big difference between being happy to go down and simply showing appreciation (during a rocky patch) to the guy that got you up.

If anything Nottingham is probably a better shopping destination for having that leaking mess flattened. There was nothing left in it by the end.

That headline says "due to poor finishing" in the same sentence man

Jobi McAnuff is so good, their EFL coverage in general is spot on, it’s just let down by co-comms 90% of the time.- 375 replies

I’ve not seen us shit the bed like this at the back all season, what are we doing?

I have to admit I do't really watch Brazilian football and hadn't heard of this guy before the starting of this thread, but having done some reading this seems like a huge statement of intent. I know it's not always an indicator of quality but he's been linked with some massive clubs and every report on him seems to be glowing.

Leicester 'set to become one of UK's top stag do locations'

That list is absolutely hilarious. -
Would you class Harvey Barnes as “one of our own” out of interest?
-
Not quite comparable? Leeds have a squad and budget for this level that very clearly makes them direct rivals – not to mention their…current league position? Them dropping points is objectively good, you’re normally a very sensible poster and I agree with a lot of what you post but to dismiss them as rivals (for what it’s worth I don’t think they’re catching us either) and to say that them winning is “good” are both 24 carat pieces of nonsense.
-
They are though, aren’t they?
-
Sorry, but thinking our promotion rivals winning is “good” is a ridiculous stance however much you wanna bend over to justify it.

The thing that isn't changing at Brighton any time soon though is their owner, who seems remarkably switched on. Their success is based less on lightning in a bottle / a perfect storm of events and has instead been meticulously thought out, their contingency planning is second to none – something both us and Southampton never really nailed.

Currently on a train and there’s a lad just got on, must be early 20s and he absolutely honks to the point it must be making the carriage uncomfortable. You should be allowed to tell someone they pong to such an extent.

Michael Beale to Sunderland it seems.
