  1. Not just us. Drove past notts forest ground earlier and there was thousands streaming out over the bridge and crossing the road, thought I’d unfortunately hit the traffic at full time so switched the radio channel to check and they were still playing. I don’t blame our fans for leaving earlier considering the shit that’s being served up but that lot are having the best season they’ve had for 30 years.
  2. Or someone an agent has pushed upon him.
  3. I used to be home and away every week during that period, remember when we finally won away v Stoke, 1-0 Gary Mills. Some lads started signing jingle bells and got shushed quickly by the nervous supporters around them.
  4. Yes, it’s a day out with my friends, few beers, footy, few beers, might be the odd game were we don’t make it out the pub but I’ll still be going.
  5. Yes, we used to do hand claps between each line at the end of the song walk on (clap clap) walk on (clap clap) with hope (clap clap) in your heart (clap clap) And you’ll ne-ver walk alone…
  6. It’s also possible that we’ll be getting some animosity from other supporters, kpfc fans, those that believe you should just support the team or those that really don’t have a clue what’s going on beyond what they see on the pitch. We don’t need to be getting into aggressive arguments with them, explain the reason or walk on if they won’t listen. We need to hold the high ground. The club will be hoping it’s a one off and fades away, a successful protest without trouble will receive positive media coverage which will in turn raise awareness and increase numbers to maintain the pressure on the club.
  7. Unfortunately I don’t think you can deal with it without causing a scene, the best way is to lead by example and hopefully your daughter will take your lead.
  8. My favourite swear word, you can put so much meaning, character and context into it. You twat.
  9. True, but we want as many people joining in as possible. I’ll have my lad with me and quite possibly they’ll be kids near me, I’m not shouting c%nt in front of them and I’m sure there’s many others the same.
  10. Would it be worth posting the flyer again with details of were to meet and time at the top of each page throughout the morning, just to catch people who come and look for details?
  11. I think it's to do with broadcasting rights outside of the bbc's control. However, for some reason I've managed to listen to the odd prem game on on alexa.
  12. Maybe project reset is Rudkin. Getting everyone focused on this protest for it only to fizzle to nothing stops any other protest. And the van vryone has chipped in for will be displaying the message "Rudkin is a very nice man and good at his job"
  13. He’d have to know himself for that to happen
  14. If auto offside can one day be as quick as goal line technology then that would be great.
  15. Plus var is just as likely to screw us on a decision anyway.
  16. I love the thought of some Cardiff fan typing match report into Google and ending up on here thinking wtf like it’s some creative writing contest on their match
  17. To be fair we’re looking at doing this during cold spells. £25 for a chair by the radiator though.
  18. There’s no basis. We didn’t breach psr for the last three years including the year we were in the champ so they can’t touch us there. And the prem are in arbitration regarding the other case were we played by their own rules as written, they can’t take action while the prem are looking into it, if the prem drop the case the efl might try to take it up but it would be on very shaky ground and would be subject to another legal challenge from us I’d assume. If we go down I suspect nothing happens.
  19. I hope one day someone can come up with a VR version so I can put on a headset and get back in there again.
  20. When we moved it would have been great if we built a new Filbert Street with carling stand and double decker but with a larger east and north stand.
  21. Probably turn up for the protest and be heading off to the pub after 10 minutes.
  22. Love the new thread title, should stop those moaning who come here for genuine updates.
  23. I can just see it now, 16:59 pm Friday afternoon. Rudkin has just put on his jacket said his goodbyes to the office staff when an email notification pops up on his laptop saying “we accept your offer, shall we proceed with the paperwork?” Friday is fish and chips which he picks up on the way home while his wife is buttering the bread and warming the plates, if he replies to the email he’s going to be late doing all the paperwork. He quickly looks around the room and no one is paying him any attention, so he shuts his laptop and says to himself that’ll it can wait until Monday while he has his first coffee of the day. Monday morning when he opens his laptop there are numerous emails asking if he wants to proceed until the last one which states that wolves have had a bid accepted, just then he looks up at the tv playing sky sports in the office and sees Wimmer holding up a wolves shirt. “****” he states, “how did they manage that, anyone would think they were working over the weekend”.
