Oh I completely agree that valid criticism is vital. But “Enzo out” was mental. Just look at Leeds and Southampton who have squads just as good as ours and who’s managers are more experienced. It’s never quite as easy as it should be. I’m not saying he can’t be criticised, he can and he made mistakes. But anyone wanting a manger sacked who was literally top for the entire season in his first full season as a manger (once games in hand had been played) was just wrong.

Just watched the highlights again. Ndidi’s pass for the first goal was fantastic. Faes’ run was incredible and, most of all, the way Vardy twatted in his second goal. 😂 There was absolutely no need to finish it like that and he almost missed. God I love him.

On a serious note the man’s father died as a direct result of owning this club. He’d be alive if he’d not been our chairman. I wouldn’t have blamed Top if he sold up and left directly after that. It must be so painful for him to be around the club sometimes, a constant reminder. So I can’t feel anything but happy for him when he enjoys the good times. None of that makes him immune to criticism of course but for me it has to be taken into account and some of the language around criticism of him is far too harsh. With regards to him celebrating last night. I’d say football probably isn’t for you if that annoyed you.

Tbf, if I were Top and we’d just secured the league I’d have got my kit on and forced Enzo to play me up top for the last ten minutes then done 7 laps of honour and done the Catona collar up celebration for 4 hours in front of the horrified fans.

Think we’ve looked completely comfortable so far. Before the goal we were on top and since wracking the lead we’ve conceded possession but I still think we’re controlling the game and looking the more dangerous. Of course we may turn to utter shite second half but I’ve been impressed. We look comfortably the better team.
