That image alone should get Cooper fired. We are not even competing at this level, it’s criminal how he sets us up and the complete lack of any game plan or patterns of play. For huge swathes of the match we couldn’t get it out of defence. We don’t know how to play out from the back, we can’t counter, we don’t know how to attack and our defensive shape is terrible. We are the worst coached team in the league by a country mile.

Getting back to 2-2 was flukey to be h completely honest. The performance was garbage and the stats back it up. 0.2 xG and lost the corners 17-0. It was horrible to watch apart from the lucky goal and the wonder strike.

It’s clear we only got Cooper in because A) He was cheap B) Nobody else wanted the job I doubt very much that there was much football planning in the decision other than he has Premier League experience.

Nonsense. We’re not a traditional newly promoted side. We’re a club that was well established in the Premier League, had a bad season, and bounced back up. Throughout the squad there are players with significant PL experience, we had a back room team and setup that was premier league standard, world leading training facilities and 32,000 seat modern stadium. We have to stop this rubbish about being ‘newly promoted’. It’s not like Brian Little getting us up in the 90s; we’re an established PL club that was consistently challenging for Europe just a couple of years ago. Cooper is completely out of his depth and will lead us straight back down.
