Long Eaton Fox

How can anyone judge Chaplin after he's played 10 minutes for us.

It seems everyone has missed out Page🤔

Agree a massive lack of pace in the team. I think Joseph's return and Kangasniemi can help in this regard. Left back is still a major problem though.

Well I for one actually enjoyed the football. First 15 and last 15 minutes were a bit nerve wracking but the middle hour I thought we played our best football of the season. When I saw the line up I was concerned but the midfield gelled and the play was quick and slick. Lundstrum outstanding apart from their goal. Defence still shaky but better. Hopefully signs of better things to come.

At Swansea that is

What's happened to Monga

The raffle description is absolutely correct. Only Riis is a starter. Any other 10 from the rest. Need some of these "experienced" players to step up and show some quality like they have in the past. If they have any left that is.

Howell and Alves are not wingbacks. They would be destroyed!

I've been looking at the squad during the building of this years promotion attempt. 15/16 out 15/16 in. After watching the home games so far this season it appears to me that a few of the academy players have a chance, Page, and bought in players, Riis. The rest are not good enough and it's just a random selection to make up the rest of the 11. So we'll be stuck with this crap for a while. I know some are injured and some youngsters untried. But it feels like it's back to the future.

Thanks for the complement. 🙂

Seriously though, this team is not fit and has not enough desire to compete even at these levels.

I think you've summed up the situation perfectly.

I have a theory about Seagrave. Seagrave was built to produce players for the Walkers stadium. A plan was developed to produce players playing walking football. Walking only, no physical contact and no heading. That is what we're doing now isn't it, very successfully.

Robert Huth must be in there too. He did win the premier league after all.

Thought this was free transfers

Just seen the extended highlights. There were some. Considering the team was a bunch of kids I thought they played quite well. We are still a weak team but with some of the missing players back I hope we turn the corner.

I remember him playing for Southampton v us at home and he was the best player on the pitch. We seem to be building a challenging league 1 winning team. Hope we get the tactics right.

Does this mean Chaplin is out for a while?

We're draining sotons swamp😥

Are we on a three match unbeaten run?

He deserted them for us

Biscuit with two crackers!

If anyone else asks where Kangasniemi is The level of knowledge of our "fans" is appalling.

Me too. Also remember his goal v Portsmouth at the forest ground. He had an amazing link up with Steve Walsh too.

I think he has a point. Hopefully we have three.
