Was impressive against Real Madrid last night, obviously a small sample size but he was assured with both feet, didn’t panic under pressure and going forward he was excellent, his one-two with Alpas had Madrid in all sorts of bother resulting in a penalty. Looks an upgrade on what we have.

No way Puel will sell, he wants to play cultured football not long aimless balls from the back. Attacks can start from CB with accurate passing and drawing opposing attacking players in, thus creating space as it does for Spurs, Chelsea and Man City. An excellent LB next to him with good positioning and pace, and a more athletic CB who’s in his 20’s rather than 30’s, he’ll improve and so will the team.

Can play equally as well at LB and RB, which would be ideal for us considering Fuchs and Simpson aren’t getting any younger. Old radar below, but shows he’s good in possession, passing, intercepting and crossing.
