I expected us to make a few signings and add some much needed quality especially after selling your best player. I expected us to act swiftly after winning the league having another few weeks advantage over Southampton. Nobody is expecting us to sign Mbappe but we’ve done nothing. We’ve signed a cb who looks at best 4th choice for £15 million. That’s negligence when your budget isn’t huge. there is no clear plan or strategy with transfers and we are absolutely nailed on to finish bottom.
