  1. All together now, where ever you are in the world: LEEEDS, Leeds are falling apart again LEEDS, Leeds are falling apart again
  2. Melbourne Victory (a) Melbourne City (a) Western United (a) Box Hill United (a) South Melbourne (a) Bulleen Lions )a)
  3. Clocked off work and it’s the weekend again! What does it look like? Saturday 5:00am QPR v Leeds - Leeds lose - we’re up! Leeds draw, we leave them needing to win their last game, and see us lose both of our games - they’d also need a 5 goal swing in their favour too. Sunday morning 5:00 Hull v Ipswich - nothing can happen on the back of this game, but if Ipswich drop any points and we collect 3 on Tuesday then we are Champions!!!! Tuesday Morning: Preston v Leicester, who cares what the other results are - win and we’re up!!!! I hate that I have to wait until Tuesday for our game! But I’m bloody excited for this weekend. Let’s hope we can wrap promotion up before the final day.
  4. Vardy and Perez v Southampton
  5. Is there a break down of how many season ticket holders we’ve got? And their ages etc? If the club have already received 150 emails about the same issue on the face of it that’s less than one percent of season tickets holders. But if we can break those numbers down further, for example a family of 4 that all go, one person you’d imagine would email on behalf of all of them. We also have a lot of supporters outside the age brackets to incur a fee - so anyone over 65 isn’t going to have a problem with it. I’m interested to know how many supporters would be affected by this in total how many do we have between 13 and 64? How many of those are part of one family. If you look at raw figures, it might seem insignificant, but look closer and that could be a bigger portion of the fan base than it initially looks.
  6. She’s one of our own… she’s one of our owwwwnnn… Well done to the lovely people that came forward, the person who posted this thread on here and everyone else who helped get them in touch! Great work FoxesTalk community.
  7. So in essence, your judging what has on the whole been a highly successful season, on a period of maybe 10 games? A small period where we lost 6 games, 5 of which by a single goal and one where had a linesman not messed up we’d have surely won. Also, during that really poor period we knocked a decent premier league side out of the FA Cup and ran another close with 10 men. We've still got to finish the job off, but if we can win the last two games. I don’t think anyone can say a league title, 100 points, an FA Cup final and a return to the Premier League has been underwhelming. If you’ve watched any amount of championship football over the past 20 odd years, and seen the way some relegated teams have struggled, our achievements this season (if we get there) are anything but just par.
  8. I’m sure the record number of wins for a 2nd tier season is 31 - we’re on 30 with 2 games remaining. But apart from that it’s been underwhelming 😂
  9. Almost… come back to the thread next week. Let’s get over the line this weekend
  10. The first time for who though? The last time we won the Championship was 10 years ago… so anyone who is new to the club wouldn’t have experienced that. We only have one player who was here then and a whole lot of younger fans who wouldn’t have experienced 2014. Also, anyone laughing at another team celebrating success is a little bit weird in my eyes! You earn success over a season and deserve the opportunity to celebrate any way you chose at the end.
  11. This is the delusions of grandeur that Nigel spoke of. Success in football is so rare, we should absolutely be celebrating an achievement and every title won should be celebrated. Man City are expected to win the Premier League, should they not celebrate if they win it because it’s what they’re expected to do? Last season was a shit show, and as supporters a reminder that Premier league football for us is not and never will be a certainty - the reward for enduring that season is we get to enjoy this one
  12. Crystal Palace are shite every season and rely on one or two players and everyone else being slightly shitter.
  13. Brentford if Frank leaves, the two that come up with us, the two teams who finish 17th and 16th.
  14. I think I once woke up next to someone I met in ZanziBar that was a cross between the two!
  15. I’d love to see 3,000 Nigel Pearson’s in the away end - everyone get cleaning those white trainers!
  16. Even better, Leeds lose their next two, we win our next two and Ipswich lose their last 3! The EFL announces our 10 point deduction will happens this season, but we win the league on GD despite the points deduction.
  17. Mathematically yes, I actually don’t think either Leeds nor Ipswich will get to 95 points. I think the goals we scored tonight and the jump in goal difference has won us the league tonight. I still want us to finish strong and get the 6 points, but it feels like we’re Champions now - though being Leicester, I won’t fully relax until it’s done!
  18. 2 more seasons, one for the great escape after starting on negative points, and one for the repeat…
  19. 14th April vs 24th April - 10 days is a long time in FootbalL.
  20. He put the life savings on us going down last season and then went double of quits in January on us staying down. It’s going to be a thought summer in the Rudkin household.
  21. Come on 3 goals and an assist, and Fatawu hasn’t got perfect 10 scores! In a crucial game, we needed someone to step up! Fatawu and Vardy did that expertly. Fats 10 Vardy 9 7s all around, Justin I thought was possibly the next best player on the pitch. Watching for the manager confidence to go from low 30% to high 80s in the space of a week is funny.
