It would be interesting if the opened a 60,000 seater stadium and made it £10 for all tickets, how many supporters could a team like Birmingham get in? A huge population in the city and making it affordable for everyone, could they come close to filling it? Get close and it could bring in half a million quid every week? Not that I’d imagine it would happen, but if I was to own a football club and could afford the stadium cost, that’s what I would do.

Ipswich next 3 are all against teams needing wins to sneak into the play offs and then finish against a team who may need points to stay up. 4 wins against teams fighting for their lives would be very impressive. It’s almost impossible at this stage of the season to predict anything, but the 93 quotes for a long time in this thread is looking more and more realistic for autos.

Realistically, if we get 100 points, Winning 4/5 I can’t see Ipswich overturning a 10 goal difference with their fixtures remaining. 100 points should win us the title from here.

The pressure is immense, the prize is so big and for everyone constantly predicting Ipswich and Leeds will win every game, you really aren’t taking the pressure into consideration. Not source how people come to the conclusion we got lucky, without noting that the other two also got lucky…

Whatever doom and gloom we want to put out there after a few bad results, we 100% deserve to go up and in any other season we would already have been promoted.

Every season since Tony James kept us up with that famous 1-0 win has been bloody stressful… it’s what we do! Any supporter under 40 will not know what a stress free season looks like. We’re either challenging for promotion, Europe, a league title or relegation.

Unfortunately, the issue is bigger than Enzo, look at the last few managers we’ve had. The club want a certain type of manager who plays in a certain way. Hence, since Puel all managers we’ve had have received the same complaints and I see the same posts…. Boring, stubborn, no plan B, ego getting in the way, only plays his favourites, I can’t watch this anymore… Puel, Rodgers, Enzo… it’s all the same Rodgers is just Puel with a Gucci belt, Enzo is an Italian Rodgers… This is a directive from the club and if Enzo is to leave at the end of the season, you can put your house on the replacement being another carbon copy unless changes are also made higher up.

FFS that manager confidence is embarrassing for a team sitting at the top of the division, with a points total already amassed that would have gotten us promotion already in most other seasons.

It’s all going to come down to who can handle the pressure at the end of the season. We were terrible tonight, but Leeds could not take advantage and we keep a slender lead over them. They have 4 games left, all we need to do is match their points tally over their four games in our 5.

In a tiny bonus Leeds have put in a very similar performance and dropped points too.
