JJ is the player struggling the most, you are asking to play RB out of possession and RW in possession. Even on his best day, JJ isn't tactical aware enough to play that role on that system. Players making individual errors, simply what you are asking them to do. We are ask a group of players who can't defend their way out of a paper bag to play and open expensive style, which leads to them making even more errors.
