  1. Better than the ones we have.
  2. We have space, one I think
  3. I will stick this in here as it may reduce some fans' anxiety about the next PSR period. It is a chunk of an article by Swiss Ramble, which has been writing online about football finance since 2009. Swiss Ramble is a subscription service, and Iwould recommend it if you are interested in football finances: https://swissramble.substack.com/. Before reading, remember that clubs have not yet published accounts for 2023/24, so his estimates are based on the figures for last season. He applied some pretty broad assumptions for 2023/24 and has us making a profit of 8m dues to player sales. PSR Overview 2023/24 Using his estimated £8m profit for 2023/24, assuming that the allowable deductions were the same as the £22m made in 2022/23, would lead to an adjusted PSR profit of £30m. That would give a PSR loss of £82m over the 3-year monitoring period, meaning that Leicester would be just about within the maximum loss of £83m.

  5. I'm impressed by his ability to move on from making a mistake, he doesn't let it effect his game.
  6. They are going to have to revamp PSR; you'd have to think that figure will change in the near future.
  7. We choose not to as he hand a ankle issue, Inter want more money then we want to pay due to the risk associated with the player.
  8. Whilst the EFL maybe disappointed does it really want another league battle on its hands. I don"t think there is chance they can come after us for 22/23.
  9. The fact they move the account period by month probably is a indicator.
  10. All the dicks saying just take it on chin earlier in the year, do you still feel the same.
  11. We need to balance his game time with El Khannouss and Alves. They are the future; we need to invest in embedding both into the team.
  12. Nothing would surprise me. I think my season ticket is reasonable, but the individual match tickets prices are already horrendous.
  13. Also people naturally think they are getting a better player if they are going for someone from the big 6.
  14. I'm encouraged by the amount of loans this season which seems a step in the right direction, see the las get minutes at the weekend Braybrooke get (65), Popov (90) Cover (75), Richards (22) Thomas (101). I assume Alves is the only one seen to be first team ready. I will be fuming is he doesn't get a start in the next league cup round.
  15. 12 mins in a FA Cup and been on the bench 6 times. No sure that a vindication, let see how it goes. So do you think if Forest had offered him more minutes he'd have chosen them over Liverpool? I personally we should have a club policy were we always have at least 1 academy prospect on the bench with 9 subs, how may time last season when we were cruising 3 or 4 could we have bloodied someone.
  16. How many minutes has he played? 12 mins in a FA Cup and been on the bench 6 times.
  17. I don't think it has anything to do with pathways. If Liverpool or Man City come calling, most players will go. With some respect, they are going to attract a higher quality player in the first place who has more of a chance to make it. It also depends on what you call breaking in the first team; for me, it gets in and then stays in the squad and plays 50-odd games for the club. They have had the likes of Joe Gomez, TAA, Curtis Jones, and Kelleher break in and hang around in the last 5 or 6 years, compared to Chilwell, Barnes, KHD, Thomas, Hamza etc. Where they are better is developing people who make a limited amount of apps to sell for a profit, which is helped by their profile.
  18. Building a new one makes it easier in some respects, with less distribution to match days and less time pressure to complete the build. However, if they are going to fill a new ground of 40K+ they need to think about access to tickets (General sale) and pricing, a good chunk of empty seats in my area of the ground
  19. 100% they have better personnel. I think you can have a functional 3 if the front 3 are working, I'd argue you if you are playing Mavididi in and a CF who is better at link up play and combinations.
  20. Graft is an underrated quality.
  21. I think he did OK in both aspects.
  22. He was pretty decent yesterday, put a good shift in.
  23. I think people also forget his only 21.
  24. It's took Claudio Ranieri 4 league to give Kante a start. Its also took him 8 games to give Simpson and Fuch a start. Teams generally evolve over the course of a season.
