Monga shouldn't be used as a yard stick, or Rooney, they are freaks. I'd be using Barnes and KDH as yard sticks for the likes of Braybrooke and Alves, both had decent loan spells at league one and the championship before breaking though at 21 and 22 into the first team. Both Braybrooke and Alves have lost a fully year of development due to ACL
