  1. I remember family night football at Filbert Street. It's what got me hooked on supporting LCFC as a kid. Those were the days. And yes, it was more exciting when a first tenner played.
  2. So you're on the fence.
  3. When I saw the news, this was my first thought as well. Syndical, maybe but it very likely correct, especially with all the bad press at the mo. Which I feel is unfair on Kingy, who I have nothing against and when I heard he was working with the U18s did makes complete sense. A pawn in a PR spin game.
  4. It's on for this to happen
  5. Kasper looks a little solid
  6. I completely missed Schlupp to Celtic. I had to do a double take when I saw that.
  7. Not inevitable, but very highly possible. Wolves are a stronger team than us and have the capacity to get results from teams around them. That keeps you up. We have dad's army up front and just look a team without any confidence, proper creativity or ideas on how to rescue the situation I'm my head we are down. Mathematically still bizarrely possible
  8. The whole thing has brought attention to what we've witnessed for years to the mainstream. I think if that was the aim, it was successful. It will pile more pressure on the board to initiate change from a different side, not just grumpy fans. Whether it works is another matter. It didn't get violent and silly, so I think it was good thing that happened. The 14th minute thing was hard as the team was doing okay and putting the effort in at the time. Fair play to the organisers of this.
  9. Before we do start looking forward we really need the board to change. Stale ideas, brings stale results. We need a talented up and coming DoF to bring a fresh approach. This the time to start the reset (2 years too late) and we rebuild our reputation for bringing talented youth players in and selling on. With the board we have, it'll just be the same cycle. It needs to be broken, and top has to step up.
  10. 3 up and the same 3 down will kill the premier league. It's a closed shop as PSR is killing it. We got relegated at the wrong time. How can a team coming up be competitive if they are restricted to what they can spend.
  11. Brentford will easily score at least 2 against us without even trying. Oh how we have fallen behind. Relegation has set us back years. We're just not going to be able to compete in the premier league. Oh well, 0-3 as they'll reserve energy.
  12. They have spent all their premier league money to do it as well. But kept wages low, I'm guessing. They'll have a very strong team in the championship to come straight back up and they'll be stronger for this season's experience.
  13. Note to self you can pull and throw the opposition on the floor in front of the linesman and not give a free kick away. Worth knowing.
  14. Maddison...is that you?
  15. If you don't laugh, you'll cry.
  16. Looks alright defensively. Though he was caught out of position a few times, but I think that just down to game time or the lack of it. Looked nervous, which isn't surprising. One on one, I think he won the ball each time.
  17. Everything we're missing. Good on him. We'll need him next season
  18. Physical, wins headers and is mobile. He's a defender and he loves it. No complaints and should start as first choice. His passion for a block/taxkle is something we have missed. I like him
  19. Watching Sterling play actually made me laugh.
  20. That's the issue. The poor recruitment in the summer is costing us. We're just not good enough for the premier league anymore
  21. I suppose I can understand your point from that prospective. I guess it's headline grabbing.
  22. I'm not saying it's impressive to get it organised, you've missed my point. Something like this could dilute the whole message for change. Which is what we all want, definitely. Ah well, like I say it was just my opinion and it could have been used in a more constructive way.
  23. I'm probably going to get pelters for this, but isnt the messages a bit childish? Sure use it to want action and change, all for that bit it seems it could have a more deeper use of it. Like change is over due, or Rudkin, why are you making the same mistakes again? The messages could be more constructive. It's not to my taste, lets be honest.
  24. Rise above for Ffffrrrrreeeeeeeeddddddddooooooooommmmmmmm!!!!!
  25. Probably to work out what the hell he's going to do, but I don't think even Donald Trump knows
