That would be great

Yet again he thinks we played well. There's a time and a place for not saying it how it is but he's said that for 40 odd games even when we've been poor. Desperately want a manager who's transparent to break up the smoke and mirrors of this club
-
Can't be bothered to articulate it properly so I'll just say; what a dreadful manager
-
Mavididi has been absolutely hopeless
-
Does he think substitutions are illegal?
-
Toothless. How has he not switched KDH and Wilf around. So basic and would make a difference
-
Yunus has started really well
-
This broadcast quality is bizarre. Shaky camera and the audio mix between the commentary and crowd is all over the place
-
Great play until the final touch

A strange signing for sure but 'nowhere close' to the others is nonsense. Did really well when he played. Key thing is that having Daka, Vardy and Cannon as your options is pointless as they're all the same type of striker. No matter how crap Iheanacho is playing, he has to be on the bench because he offers something different and can allow a change of system/game plan
-
It's fairly meaningless though isn't it. Those scores are just against stats and not necessarily the influence on a game or the context of a game. Not that I disagree with Hamza, just making that point

Really don't get that kind of attitude, especially to rivals. Don't you want to have a chance of still playing them often to enjoy the 'rivalry'? And especially for clubs outside of the elite; you have to suffer enough heartache for the faintest glimmer of success and joy. You can be damn sure that supporting these clubs means a lot more than it does for your average Chelsea, Man United etc. fan. I want all clubs to stay in business and fans to not worry for the long term future. All by the 'big 6' that is. Those soulless monsters can do one.

Should There Be Play-offs in the Football League?
dmayne7 replied to StanSP's topic in Leicester City Forum
Definitely. Playoffs for league titles are a nonsense, or what you get in the Belgian League for example but with promotion, you're basically rewarding the top 2 for being much better than the league as a whole and then the other 4 are given a second bite at the cherry whilst also doing a good commercial service to the league. -
Foxes Trust – LCFC Accounts Statement
dmayne7 replied to Foxes_Trust's topic in Leicester City Forum
I know you got pelters on here re the summer review but it seems that hostility has lessened recently. Sadly, the opening paragraph of that is just going to open you up to it again. I understand that it's a politically charged situation and you have to play nice to an extent but you're letting them off far too lightly. Your role is to hold them to account and that doesn't seem to happen. Clubs of our size cannot survive without the support on fans so they need you as a group, a lot more than they or you realise. It's all smoke and mirrors with the leadership at the club and they have their heads completely buried in the sand, so if they don't hear the message clearly, they'll continue to think everything is fine. Above all, they talk about the financial commitment to the club but they've already jeopardised that with their actions. Long term PL football is the only way we achieve that.- 88 replies

Got to be something like this. Or even a one year exemption in the cycle would be better. I.e. you lose £150m in 3 years but that's because you went big one year and had a loss of £100m+ that year. Shows that you're fine in PL terms for the other years and allows clubs to have a dart at it every few years without jeopardising the long term future.

Needs to be some protests next home game. Nothing malicious, just a simple 'thanks for the success but it's time to go'. Mind you, they'd probably just absorb the first part and think things are fantastic
-
His link up play and work rate were excellent
-
Keep your foot on the throat now
-
Think he'd still know how to defend though
-
Faes can f*** off. Cupping his ears to the fans because he keeps making shite decisions (even if that was to the Norwich fans, it's pathetic)
-
Doyle is absolutely shite defensively
-
Look at the body language. They're all screaming at each other before the goal so that says all about the weak mentality of these players
-
For once, I genuinely have no idea and that's with my heart or head. Still got the best players in the league so if they find some bottle and play with clarity we could win all remaining games. On current form, we'll be lucky to scrape 7/8 points which won't be enough.
-
It really isn't though is it? Being balanced, I'd say that your post is more 'laughable'. Too late in the season to sack him, and even moreso considering it's a poor 6 game run. But if it had been a 10 game run with a similar PPG, then I think he should be sacked. If we're being fair and placing him on a scale, Enzo is certainly closer to being sacked than a new contract on current performance.

Thing is, we're not even playing the same style of play as we were at the start of the season. As turgid as that was a times, there were clear patterns of play and the idea being we create spaces over the pitch. Now, we seem to rush the ball towards the final third and then kill the tempo, and when we don't do that, it's just pointless tapping it around. It's so telling that midfielders are never getting on the end of things at the moment and the attackers have to turn back every time
