FA Cup: Chelsea (A) Match-Thread
The Quick Brown Fox replied to NaijaFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Daka must play really well during training. I would have preferred to see Cannon in, what I've seen of him I have been impressed. I can't say the same about Daka. But will be cheering them all on today. Hoping they rise to the occasion and we can steal a famous win. If someone can score a goal like Youris to put us through then even better. -
I will do. If you chose any other player and watch how many times they twist and turn to get back onto their preferred foot. It is not only a KDH thing.
-
I don't get this, people always say this about left footed players. Right footed players seem to get a free pass with it. If you watch most players they use their dominant foot more and rarely use the weaker one. Madison for example used to pass with the outside of his right boot rather than the "easier" left foot. It just looks more one footed on a left footer because you notice the use of the left foot.

Oddly I've found this comment funnier than the intended reason because its either a brilliant play on his name or a brilliant mistake on his name. Mick Dundee 🤣😂 Or it's a Scottish remake I haven't seen.

Little Jonny walked into school with a black eye one day and his teacher asked what happened so Jonny told her "My dad came into my room last night and asked if I was sleeping, I said no and he hit me" The teacher said "next time he asks you if your sleeping stay quiet" The next day he turns up at school with 2 black eyes and his teacher asked what happened? That night I was in bed and dad came into my room and asked "you sleeping?" I didnt say anything as you told me and dad left. Then a while later i heard mum making some noise in her room and heard dad ask "are you coming?" She said she was and she said she wanted him to come too, I ran in because I didn't want them going anywhere without me, and dad hit me again.

The "do they mean us?" thread pt 4
The Quick Brown Fox replied to davieG's topic in Leicester City Forum
Yep. That goal really turned the Title 🤣. But I will be honest, I did weep, like a little girl. Just not until I saw Wes lifting that trophy. -
Oh he will, they all will. Unfortunately it's part of the style we play. When it works, it looks amazing and gets the plaudits it deserves, and when this happens you move forward. We had both instances on Saturday. Sublime to the ridiculous. Part and parcel I'm afraid.

I must be in the middle because I appreciate what he's building and that football has modernised into this, but I still find it boring to watch on the whole 🤣. No I'm not saying lump it forward at every opportunity, I'd just like to see more of the attacks we build. Can't have it all though. Personally dreading us getting promoted and going back to VAR land and the shit that that brings. This season has been amazing with no VAR, football how it should be.

I stand corrected 👌👍

If and I know it's a big IF but if he goes and wins a world title, he will become the first ever 3 team world champion.

Wow. That can't be real?.

People on here saying others are calling out Enzo for his football. That's not how I see it, I see people that go to the football to be entertained, and the style of football we are watching, is boring to watch. It's great we are winning and I get that the style is getting the wins we want. Although I'd never shout to get it forward or verbalise this thought, this style of football has taken some of the enjoyment out of watching our games. I'm sure there will be some of you that say then stop going, but however boring they are still my Leicester City. I want us to win, but to want some entertainment or excitement is normal. Would I like to see this style of football all the time and win with masses of possession all the time with no real moments of football magic, no. I still want my last minute equalisers and getting points and wins from that we really shouldn't have because we have been under the cosh the whole time. Basically I want the stadium to be rocking, the fans right behind the team. I'm pretty sure each and every one of us has that same want.

Leicester vs Birmingham - FA Cup - Match Thread

Exactly Seriously, he is miles off the pace, passes misplaced all game. Playing like he doesn't want to be there. Usually he plays like he cares, none of that today. -

Let's be honest, We are playing like we expect to win this. Not enough fight or going in for the 50/50s. Too slow on the ball, let's hope Enzo makes the changes when needed and doesn't wait too long. -

How much time do these players think they are going to get before Birmingham try to tackle them? So pedestrian in possession, let's hope we pick it up a bit. -
Both of mine have been going since they were 2. Once you've scanned their ticket you help them through the turnstile, then scan yours and walk in. If you little one is sensitive to noise it's worth buying some ear defenders just incase 👍 if he's been asking then why not treat him.

We've all done it 😁

Women getting fingered in clubs 🤣 used to be a regular thing.

Would take a draw now. We've been poor. Or they've controlled the game really well.

PET HATES FROM COMMENTATORS/PUNDITS
The Quick Brown Fox replied to OnlyOneCity's topic in General Football and Sport
I hate and I mean Hate it when they say "just about" as in he just about kept it out after a clearance or "just about kept it in" when the balls kept in on the touch line. Really bugs me, the literal dictionary meaning of just about is "Nearly". So if someone "just about" keeps it out, they haven't. -
Not only play in every round but to win the Cup too 😀

Obviously Gene wasn't happy, Gunther was correct with his assumptions 🤣
