he was poor and has been for a long time, looks like age and injurys have caught up with him. He hasn’t actually scored many goals at all from open play in the last year. Leicester legend and hope it’s just a blip, but pace has gone, and unfortunately he has never been a good technical player so looks very poor at the moment. Let’s hope it’s just a fitness thing, otherwise we are screwed

Liverpool are a top team, and played well today, but looking at actual goal scoring opportunities we had them all -

You do know firminho’s chance was way offside, so doesn’t class as a chance? Liverpool lucked fresh, but we had a plan and it worked -

Despite a great vardy chance? He should have had a hat trick. Now tell me how many chances did Liverpool miss? -

Deservedly losing, against Liverpool you have to take clear chances, if you don’t you will pay for it -
You would take 5 points from the last 3 away games, the problem was Leeds at home, well out home record in general. I just think lockdown football is odd and not football. Respect to the players as it must be so hard to play to empty stadiums and even harder to up their tempo. A top 6 finish would be another step forward and let’s hope we can keep players fit as injurys are killing all teams. Hope we play none of our first 11 in the cup, as some players clearly need a week off.
-
Spot on, did nothing wrong, just seemed scared to carry the ball or play it first time. Just seems to be lacking confidence ever since Klopp and Bruce publicly had a go at him for the challenges on Salah and Ritchie
-
It’s a bad miss, a brilliant cross and vardy missed. It happens in football and strikers don’t always score, but you would expect a top finisher to score that 9 out of 10 times. Just hit the target and you score.
-
100%
-
No I class a Sitter as one I expect a top premiere league striker to score, and I think vardy will tell you himself he should have scored.
-
Agree to disagree, to me that is a sitter. Good movement yes, but that’s what a forward should do, and once you get to it you have to score. But it’s a game of opinions.
-
Lol that was a sitter, perfect cross and should score, if Anyone else missed that they would be slaughtered. And it was a free header and a bad miss.
-
You switch off before the end? Free header, puts it wide? 4 yards out?
-
Wolves are always hard to play against, but we made it even harder as really poor in midfield and up front. Should have won it in injury time but Vardy missed a sitter. Not albrighton Biggest fan, but he was possibly our best attacking player. Suppose that sums it up. Bore draw
-
I think he is really poor as a holding midfielder, he never intercepts the ball, never wins the ball back. He is awful and today was as bad as it gets. He is shocking. Yeah he runs around but he does nothing at all, nothing.
-
Really missed Ndidi, Mendy was shocking and personally don’t want to see him in a Leicester shirt again. 1st goal he doesn’t block the space or go to the man, 3rd goal, well I’m speechless, he has to win the ball or make the foul, again he does neither. Awful performance from all players to be fair. Awful

The "do they mean us?" thread pt 2
Cecchini1976 replied to CosbehFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
The only way to be one of the so called big buys is continued success, so for 4-5 years in the top 4, trophies etc, that is what all the current big 6 have a history of. Whilst our history is more of a yo yo club. -
The "do they mean us?" thread pt 2
Cecchini1976 replied to CosbehFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Of course he will get an easier ride, but he also finished above all the managers you mentioned above apart from Guardiola. The clubs you mention are huge clubs and until Leicester can finish top 4 for 3-4 years in the bounce and pay salary’s and transfer fees like the big 6, then he will get the criticism, but whilst we don’t have them things he won’t be criticised as he is doing an unbelievable job. -
I get what you are saying, but Maddison has scored 2 and assisted a winner in his last 3 games
-
I’m delighted if we are a team that’s only good enough to finish between 4th and 7th to get fair. We aren’t in the same league as the big boys when it comes to wages, finances etc
-
You can’t gift opening goals like that, this league is so hard when you go 1-0 down. Can’t believe Vardy missed the header straight afterwards. Thought we got in many great positions but the cut back in to the box was poor on at least 15 occasions.
-
Was it more him being injured and making his way back rather than being out of form? This thread is laughable
-
I had to check the table as you would think we are bottom 3 not top 4 and in the next stages of the Europa league 🤷♂️
-
What I don’t get and this isn’t directed at you, but isn’t carrying on like this meaning we are a top 6 team and playing in Europe?
