Any raider like ashley or amercans will be thinking about it. The distress signals are there. Kp look distressed so may be glad to monitise their assets. The challenge comes from the clubs cost base... and if relegated the financing for a year (or two) in div1. Key to this is losing the high earners. (I wonder if we trigered the winks extension yet. Might be better to wave him goodbye.) Re the ft reform group, it now has control of the trust... but the trusts 40k wont help. However any acquirer would want the trust onside. I am interested in a group of fans with the right skills to work with finance providers. I think pe etc would be wary of a democratic trust as a major partner... but would want their support. I think an approach from a consortium including finance could work with kp on diligence. Kp would be keen to see if solutions exist... The club is not worth more than the financr it can service. That could be zero... but if that allowed the club to lease the seperately acquired assets then atleast kp would monituse the ground and seagrave. If anyone is serious enough to investigate this then please dm me.

Agree. I am sure kp want it gone. I was wondering if this should be before administration. That would ensble kp to convert the ground and seagrave to cash also. A pe could buy the club... and also the assets and then have the club lease them . EG buy assets for 25mill and then lease to club for 2.5 mil pa. But operating the club requires a sustainable plan.... and admin might be the way to get ridof high earners

Administration Prediction Date

If i was the owner i would do it on relegation... to let high earners go -
I am tryimg to imagine if a raider would be better to take the club off kp's hands now or wait untill administratiom. There dont seem to be big creditors to shake. My hunch is that kp would look at a bid for the club and assets like the ground and seagrave. Ashley will be assessing it. I wonder if fans and Pe could make an offer. The hard part would be a sustainable plan... that would require shaking the high earners.

And seagrave?
-
Does the club own the ground or is it help seperately? Ie if club goes in to admin then will any rescuer need to parlez with kp to rent the ground.

You are right and I was careless in my description of events. My point was rather that a bank will try to compromise. ie owe a bank £1000 and you have a problem; owe a bank £10,000,000 and they have a problem. It is unlikely that a bank would call in a loan that the club could not replay.
-
The epl need to change their rules following the "man city problem" - but they can't get the votes! Meanwhile If you owe a bank millions they don't want to force you into administration. The HMRC does force clubs in to admin but that is to send a message and they don't care about the debt!

So this year derby or even sheff utd could get to the epl. This will weaken the chances of promoted clubs staying in the epl. It is a joke

Anthony Herlihy – Director of Noncommunication
foxinsocks replied to thlcfc93's topic in Leicester City Forum
Well... too is not charismatic talker. So if i was anthony i would agree a series of points for top to make and have him deliver them saying to any pushback thst these were comsidered points but that he would reflect on any feedback... to emphisise listeming. However anthony is runnong the fef... that has been the oposite. This is on him. His timidity suggests inexperience -
Anthony Herlihy – Director of Noncommunication
foxinsocks replied to thlcfc93's topic in Leicester City Forum
he is way out of his depth - he has exposed Top to ridicule - the relationship between the clubs is toxisc as a result of his handy work . -
The hinckley situation was weird. The club got would up but the pitch had been moved into a new company by one of the directors... i was surprised that the receiver didnt get it back.. but he settled with the new owner. All the other hinkley sharehokders were left high and dry. But didnt want to put money into fighting it So the guy running thr company owning the pitch started a new club. Supporters who were unhappy started a rival club. So there wasnt a split in the fans as such ... it was more that one director ended up owning the pitch! It could only happen in hinckley.

Shaming him may increase his bother

In the immediate term those of us who believe the club owners are unable to resolve the problens have two address 1. How do we get kpcf fans on board? 2. Could top wake up and sort the sutuation out? For the first, we have to taget top's stewardship... his niaivity and reliance on rudkin and anthony is the problem. He plays polo whike monica is providing leadership. Anthony exposed top to ridicule with the interviews. It's clear top has no appreciation of the current state, how we got here and how to get out. Its personal and we are going to hell in a hand cart. Kpfc fans need to bank the memories and deal with today... as per pipers rant. [Ridiculing top needs to employ thsi social media]. 2. Can top be shamed into action? He must be aware of the dire situation.

They have abused his goodwill

I dont think kp have any cash. Lers see if the is unable to pay bill
-
Can you ask if we should extend rudkins contract?
-
In his post match interview King did mention the failure to stop the cross for their first. Frankly Thomas never stops a cross. 3 years ago i though he was a great hope for the future - it has not worked out.
-
Yes... he is a young manager and this loss will hit him hard
-
I thiught pipers input... saying top was out of his depth and not engaged then urging him to sell was clear and well reasomed. It might be that top cant find a fire sale. Its clear the club is rin poorly yet ahy managrr eorth thrur salt wont work for rudkin. I finally i think top may try to save hinself by moving rudkin out. What else can he do? I think he is under pressure

Te question as to what the trust should do about the fef does not offer the option of continuing based on change. -
Foxes Trust Survey on Fan Engagement Framework

The club is controlling and avoids two way communication. The current FEF is an echo chamber. -
Top has been relieved of his role at kp. They realised what we know
