The last 2 seasons of rodgers saw the board asleep at the wheel. The spending was a gamble on securing cl football.... ridgers failed. Then when rodgers was trying to send a message for more spending a squad with great players headed to relegation. The board should have sacked rodgers 6mths earlier (by October we could all see where we were heading). I believe that these two errors have spawned all our troubles of today. Top is indecisive and poorly advised.

I guess the board won't be expanding the singing section anytime soon

You can say that again

They could appoint pep and he would not get a tune out of our squad

The squad isn't good enough. We have so many players on the wage bill who are useless to us yet earn so much we can't move them on. Of those that are useful they aren't good enough. Ridkin got us here. Looking back it was preposterous that we go relegated with yiuri, madders , Timmy, kdh etc.... but ridgers managed to do it. The board watched him Yet with the current squad we are perhaps good in the championship but not good enough for the premier league. The psr rules together with the bloated squad of over paid loafers mean we can do nothing. We should use this window to stock up with championship players.

Newcastle came to the kp once and had a banner saying "we don't want a team that wins... we want a team that tries"

£2.50 for a nationwide quality sausage roll. Where is the FAB on this? Sack the board

It's a shame that we aren't as good as running a football team as we are at gaming the psr rules.

RVN picked the best team he could... he has few options. Yet we have so many players on our books who are useless to us. How has our esteemed director of football allowed this to happen? -

While the board have not always welcomed our reform ideas we have never had any indication that they would do anything underhand. -
Early AGM: Your Chance To Change The Foxes Trust
foxinsocks replied to Foxes Trust Reform's topic in Leicester City Forum
The motion to change the rules of the trust (so that members can recall a board member) is not expected to be be voted on at the agm next monday - however if you join to day it will probably be too late to vote in the postal vote on this resolution. However, we in the reform group aim to continue to reform the trust and that will require support for votes in the future - plus we hope to get more reform candidates on to the board as seats become available. So please join up and helps us to continue to reform the foxes trust. Don't forget to email [email protected] to join our email list, -
Early AGM: Your Chance To Change The Foxes Trust
foxinsocks replied to Foxes Trust Reform's topic in Leicester City Forum
As part of the reform agenda we recognise that the Trust must represent all fans (though some groups may have conflicting ideas). At last year's agm it became clear that the trust was simply focussing on the views of members. Yet now, both the reformers and the Trust agree that the trust must reach out to all fans. I am personally keen to see survey work and focus work to establish the breadth of views and priorities. A survey to reach all fans is a challenge that must be taken up. I spoke with the NUFC trust about this challenge - they monitor socials, invite response online on emerging issues, use snap polls all to be fed into their "issues agenda" - so that the trust can adopt a position and contact the club for response/action - and continue to push the club so that the can say "we have written N times in the last M months and the club have failed to act/respond etc". This try of effort is essential for public campaigning and holding the club to account. It is essential that the trust monitors and captures emerging fan issues and priorities - that's their job. So this is an area that requires significant attention. -
Early AGM: Your Chance To Change The Foxes Trust
foxinsocks replied to Foxes Trust Reform's topic in Leicester City Forum
We want the trust to gain a much larger membership - so that the club cannot ignore it - yet we know that many are cynical about the relationship between the club and the trust and also the trust's previous focus on only its members rather than the whole fan base. This must change and be seen to change. We saw this rule change as a clear demonstration that the board are there to serve the members ... and the board are to be accountable to the members - who would have a right to recall where confidence was lost. By making this change we are seeking to demonstrate that by joining the trust the members really do have the say in who is running the trust and how. The new FAB has been designed to be tightly controlled by the club - so now, more than ever, we need a strong campaigning foxes trust. I hope that many more of you will join us in reforming the foxes trust.
