Given where he came from, he's a once in lifetime, the best player I ever saw at Leicester, absolute Legend if anyone deserved to win a title Vardy was that player and a true example to any young player that if you determined enough you can be a success even when people knock you down.

I think his statement clearly having a dig at the club, which tell me he's leaving probably his agent has already got potential move sorted for him, I'd be surprised if he wants to play championship football and to be honest could blame him for leaving

The reason we were relegated 100% and for no other reason I don't care who was in charge it wouldn't have made any difference is sorely down to the fact we failed to get in two experienced central defenders and a decent central midfielder. The writing was on the wall last season, but we did nothing to strengthen in these areas, given the players we bought at the start of the season we have made the situation worse, the current position we find ourselves it makes sense to stay in championship for two seasons to get all dead wood out of system but that will make us financial weaker, how heads are not rolling for this, cause the club has been screwed big time and someone has to be accountable for it, its time to stop blaming the manager and players but point the finger at where the problem lies !!!

Brighton didnt score the five goals before half time they should, but to be fair we took advantage of their failing and grew in confidence. I think today proves that we had a decent defence that would give the rest of the team confidence.

He should have been replaced at the start of the season even last season it was obvious he wasn't good enough for the premier. Staring with him and JV probably the biggest cause of where we are, as we had no solid foundation to the side.

Unless Ruud has clause in contract that we can release him without compensation payment. I can see us keeping him and I can see him staying as the only way we could redeem his career is by getting us back up, if he leaves us at the end of the season, his career is as good as finished he will be looking for a lesser team than us :)

I don't know why people give Enzo so much credit, he was shite manager, with a terrible style of playing which didn't prepare us for the premier, we got promotion by the skin of our teeth, when we should have romped it, he knew he had no talent and couldn't leave us quick enough to side where the talent of the squad mask his lack of ability and even now most of the Chelsea fans don't rate him.

Jake Tabor highest non league scorer they are calling him the next Vardy. We should take a punt on him I believe he's already scored over 50 goals this season, if he gets 15 in championship next season that be impressive.

its clear that a lot of the older fans here feel the same that they have never felt like this before even going to league one didn't feel this bad and that was the dawning of a new era. The thing that gets me the most is how we achieved success but we completely blow it on bad decision after bad decision we didn't stop it happening it just goes on and on and on.
