Three Everard's Sleighbells in the Soar Bridge Inn, Barrow, at lunch. Hadn't expected to have three. Delicious, but sitting very heavy.

A few Brixton pales at The Harrison, King's Cross, on my work do yesterday. Decent little boozer off the beaten Euston Road track, though cask selection was poor.

Once you know which fixture you're going for, I'd advise joining the European Football Weekends Helpdesk Facebook group. Fans all over Europe helping each other out with ticket requests... helps if you can offer help in exchange, for example with Leicester tickets.

That, and their boozer in a windmill were the two places I was gutted not to make it to when we were over. Do love a good brown cafe over there. Probably the closest thing to an English boozer type atmosphere that you get on the continent?
