The club was always built on a solid youth structure (it was a junior-only club at times in the past) so I think there'll always be something there.

Absolutely wild. Not that long ago I was watching them when a lad I know was in the First XI puffing away on 10 Marlboro Lite pre-match before spending the game sweating out the night before in the Nags! At least a couple I know/vaguely remember from school.
