Club have never published how many are in each bracket as that would make it transparent as to which games would make which brackets. So the short answer is no.

Sorry but this makes absolutely zero difference. If this was a factor why do so many relegated teams get promoted back immediately if they're not used to operating at that level. Also Notts county haven't been in this League for 11 years so I'm not sure how you can claim they "understand this league and how to operate in it". Their manager has 4 months experience at League 1 level.

The protest could have resulted in them moving 6 months quicker that could be the difference between admin and not. You just never know. Ask the people that attended if they regretted protesting.
