    Plus it'll take a good 4/5 seasons for a new fan to get a season ticket, in that time people have raked another 200/250 points from doing nothing. So add another 20/25 years there.

    Not sure when the current system came in tbh but yeah ever since the demand shot up people have been pointing out the flaws and obvious ways to make it more fit for purpose. But the emails just go to Jim, I doubt very much that this has hit anyone's radar above him.

    So from the numbers you're giving there someone from a standing start now could catch you up at a rate of about 10 points a season. You're on 700 odd points so it'll take 70 seasons for someone to catch up from today. This system quite literally turns P1 into a dead man's shoes club.
