As some ITK are saying we haven't even got money to pay any compo money atall I believe David Pleat , Frank McLintock and Peter Taylor are available! I'm not atall ITK, however, I doubt that opinion is correct whilst categorically stating that's just my opinion. Personally ,bearing in mind our financial restrictions squad and aims I think Corberan would be a good shout. He's had zero money at WBA and very restrictive circumstances, he was robbed at Huddersfield in play off final too! WBA were extremely unlucky not to have beaten us at the KP and have played some very good football despite the problems! He also extended his contract at WBA even knowing the financial predicament would have him at a disadvantage and hamstrung. Whoever the choice there will be a v vocal percentage against , for playing style, haircut, clothes or just the fact he's Spanish and they had a bad package holiday in Benidorm once! Corberan for me

Your initial point was about how can we defend £100 million worth of players running contracts down with more to come this Summer though Ric! We know, due to the crazy wages, we haven't helped ourselves but the power lies with the Players and their contracts, clubs are hamstrung and helpless. I'm sure we can say every effort was made to move on X Y & Z players but , as is well documented, refusal was there from players and clubs weren't prepared to better or even match their wages! Sadly this will become more prevalent in Football, especially with FPS ,as Players secure more money and clubs save on massive transfer fees.

Ofcourse you can defend that , unless you can tell us how to , legally, force a player to sign a contract or leave if they have decided to run a contract down?

There's no training that can prepare you fully for the magnitude of the grief and pressure, he inherited, though is there? The loss of his beloved father who had phenomenal skills and decades of hands on experience followed by the massive stress and impact of the global pandemic on the core business! There's no substitute for hands on experience, imho, I also feel he's possibly been let down badly by those advising him! Hopefully Top has learnt some big lessons and internal changes and improvements are the result.

Genuine question because there seems to have been a lot of fans very unhappy over so many things about our club on here: Top and the ownership, Finances, Rudkin , Whelan et al, Enzo, Season Card £25 fee and now the Trophy Parade. I personally am unhappy over the £25 but tbh there's options, re Top he was arguably not ready for the role but tragic circumstances meant he was sadly put in that position too soon! Tops team, imho, have let him down as confidante's and advisors. There's muted rumours that Enzo is unhappy with our structure/hierarchy , it will be interesting how it unfolds! Enzo as a rookie EFL Manager achieved the main aim and imo got way more right than wrong, not beyond criticism or reproach but I'm more happy than not personally. I'm renewing my Season Cards , no doubt. I'm curious, with clearly disgruntled people, who is that unhappy they are not renewing and voting with their feet? Be interesting to see the sample size numbers and strength of feeling🤷‍♂️

Sent this e mail hope very many have voiced their concerns too: Dear Leicester City , I will without doubt be renewing my 2 season cards , I fully understand the 5% price increase, however , I wish to state that I do find the decision to apply a £25 charge to retain the manual season card, which is my preference, surprising, punitive and very unlike how the Club usually treats its fans. I am sure the Club will be aware of the widespread anger and disappointment that this excessive stealth charge decision and announcement has caused! I truly hope you revisit this decision as I'm sure a fractured relationship between Club and fans is not the aim? Kind regards

As per my original comment, he clearly isn't beyond criticism or reproach, however, all said and done isn't there some mid ground where it s not all in or all out ? Reality is people have opinions and choices , in a circa 30k home attendance there will be varying opinions and reactions to events defeats. After last seasons debacle and the resultant mess including the financial horror show ,the on field situation could have gone very differently! The squad shouldn't have gone down but did but despite the ' this squad is way to good for the Championship' rhetoric we all know it often doesn't work that way. Sometimes it appears that elements aren't happy unless they're moaning and will never be happy ! That is every single person's perogative, however, it doesn't mean anyone's opinion is right or constructive, including mine , it's just opinions! If people are genuinely that unhappy then exercise your right at the end of the season and don't renew is probably the best cos if you're not enjoying it why pay? I would hazard a guess that your 'vast majority' is more like a very vocal minority reacting to frustration and getting twitchy at the business end of the season! Just my opinion mind! UTC 👊🦊

I do not have a crystal ball do you? Is it not his first season as a Manager in English Football? Does this not make him at the beginning of a journey, inexperienced, starting a process no? You and others don't like the style etc etc , meat and poison , that's opinions for you! There's an amazing thing in life called having a choice, if it's boring and that bad to anyone, they can't stand it so badly and are not entertained then they can vote with their feet, is that not a choice you have no?

Unsurprisingly the the majority of the raging and voting happened within a couple of hours of Friday nights shitshow performance. Enzo is far from beyond reproach or criticism, however , how much of this angst and vitriol is born out of toy throwing due to 'twitchy arse' syndrome? He's a rookie manager in England and took over a team stripped of confidence after relegation and has started a process. Not liking a playing style and getting mardy over results at a twitchy time of the season, where crazy results often happen , in his first season where he can still secure the main objective is daft as is the poll imho. Unquestionably there has been some gross mismanagement, imho Top has entrusted people, that have massively ill advised and let him down, at the times he most needed their guidance and support! Through mourning the loss of his beloved father and then the massive financial turmoil the pandemic and its restrictions had on his core business would have meant , due to tragic circumstances out of his control, he was leaning on incompetents below him who had a free reign sadly! Those below gave the snakeoil salesman Rodgers and his sidekick too much power and influence taking us away from our tried and tested business model. When red flags were spotted too late and restrictions and control imparted Rodgers downed tools and the rest we know! Personally I feel those calling for protests and Top to go are very short sighted, all focus atm should be on backing the club , Enzo and the lads to promotion as financially that is essential. Talk of 15 points deduction I feel is bunkum , a precedent has been set with 9 points for Administration, also the draconian and inconsistent PSR sanction system looks like possibly being scrapped so it could work out not as bad as some of the conclusions being arrived at. It's seige mentality time UTC 👊🦊
