Considering Sussex were 34-3 in their first innings we do not have the ability to finish them off. -
He will probably gone by Christmas, so keeping us up will not be down to him
-
Appointed Cooper is a major backward step, I was quite optimistic if we hired Potter as the style of play would be a development of our last chap.
-
He’s just resigned, is he the man?

How many had our last manager?

Next season is all about survival and I agree with a previous post tippy tappy football we have been playing will get us relegated. Our squad simply don’t have the same level of technical skills as the likes of Man City. We need a very experience manager who can grind out results with a slightly more conventional style of playing. Moyes has all the Premier League experience ,a safe pair of hands for the first season and assuming we survive, then reflect on where we are. Moyes would get my vote.

Is it Thomas Frank ?

Back in the Premier League we can’t take any risks with a new manager. He needs to be able to stabilise the situation with probable points reduction, then press on. That task requires experience and although I’m not great fan Moyes ticks many boxes for the job

No loyalty, LCFC took a punt and gave him his big chance. First offer he’s off!

Enzo needs to be careful - the dangerous spiral
Fox1norfolk replied to Collymore's topic in Leicester City Forum
His new formula procession, neat passing moves leaving other team chasing shadows was fine until teams sussed us out. In those good time the players had a smile on their faces, Winks stated the most enjoyable football of his career. The players body language has dramatically changed and very noticeable last night, angry expressions to each other. The formula is not working anymore teams just sit back and lets us pass and pass until we make mistake then just one good shot is all that’s needed like the last 3 games. I don’t think our manager has a clue how to correct the problem he has created and it’s pretty obvious the players are not enjoying playing this system anymore. -
Enzo Out? Time for an official thread/poll

These last few games against teams would should easily beat now prove beyond any doubt this manager is completely out of his depth. Incompetent, tactically . He has a team playing like robots and anywhere close to the penalty area pass it sideways. Do not shoot, pass pass pass. They had one shot and scored, keep it simple, direct. -
Inject some urgency, the build up play is so slow and predictable they have time organise their defence, it’s embarrassing now. You almost knew they would score with their only attempt, it happens time after time
-
We are all totally bored with Enzo’s style of football. It would appear that perhaps the players are too!
-
I totally agree even if we get promoted his system with these players in the Premier league could be the biggest embarrassment in football history .One dimensional football is not going to work
-
Around 70%+ possession now is basically the norm, only slight problem it does not produce goals
-
I don’t pretend to be an expert football tactician but the tippy tappy walking football confused many teams in the first half of the season, but now we have been found out. This was demonstrated yesterday, the slow almost static build up allowed Bristol to maximise their defence so our wingers never stood a chance, it was never 1v1 it was 1v4. The rare occasions in the past when we played swift precise movements cutting through teams has disappeared . The players for some reason seem reluctant to try simple straight forward attacks,
-
Re bear the days when we had quick passes, opposition chasing shadows, knackered by the second half, then we went in for the kill. What happened? The other sussed us out.

I agree, when you watch Ipswich or Leeds they play a far more positive aggressive game. We play ‘walking’ football were we pass the ball several times across to each other, going nowhere -

For such an important game, where was the urgency, precision passing,? The players body language is worrying they seemed basically scared to try anything different. Even still playing the tippy tappy stuff when we desperately need a goal with minutes left is unbelievable. It’s pretty obvious teams have sussed out our predictable one style of playing. -
The tippy tappy football is going to be our downfall

Without doubt Enzo would be sacked and Seagrave would be sold as a luxury hotel, spa, leisure centre
