  1. How can Selby look unbelievable two weeks ago then look like he’s had his hands sawed off tonight?
  2. Ok so what’s the plan?
  3. What evidence is there that Russia is closer to collapse than Ukraine? It’s Russia that are constantly on the offensive, the Ruble has also recovered and they also have a greater depth of people to mobilise. I just don’t think it’s credible that Ukraine can ‘wait it out’, it’s a crazy gamble.
  4. It’s not a short term view when nobody actually has a plan other than carry on and hope something falls into place. If somebody actually had a credible plan for Ukraine to kick the Russians out, I’d be more supportive but all I see right now is more pain for both Ukranians and Russians, and sadly Russia will be able to tolerate more pain.
  5. The post-empire partitioning geopolitical spaces seem totally fine at the moment. Israel-Palestine conflict, Sudanese civil war and now India and Pakistan (two nuclear states) about to go at each other. We just need it to kick off in Belfast for the bingo house.
  6. A wet Trump.
  7. Because it was all a gimmick and both Putin and Zelensky are trying to prove to the US who the bad guys are, and both look silly. They both broke the ceasefire and they’ll both break ceasefires moving forward. Nobody will win this war but the longer it goes on, Russia will likely be able to improve their position more than Ukraine by pure numbers alone and very few people have a plan other than hope. I do suspect we’re going to see Ukraine go full sabotage in Russia now, I’d expect some high level assassinations.
  8. The end of the dying is certainly a positive. I’ve put on these pages many times that there will be no good outcome for anyone in this war. Everyone will walk away worse off. Ukraine can keep fighting and we can keep supplying but they’re never going to take back the majority of what they’ve lost by force. We missed the boat in 2022.
  9. It actually seems that something positive (if it can be called that) is on the horizon in Ukraine. Both sides seem to be making moves towards a ceasefire, or at least a slowdown in hostilities https://archive.ph/GJtFD
  10. Can you think of any other topics in the recent past that has so little real world impact but carries so much political weight? It’s so bizarre.
  11. If you were in his shoes you’d do the same. It’s the idiots once again giving out ridiculous contracts that are the issue.
  12. You have to say Forest play some lovely stuff. If they qualify and get a better striker than Wood, they could easily go a long way in the champions league the way they play.
  13. Will Leeds take promotion seriously and sack Farke?
  14. Fair play for fronting up and fighting your corner but this is just going to get worse until heads roll at the club.
  15. The last two fixtures are pretty kind for Derby
  16. There are two issues that you’re overlooking. 1) It’s the same mistakes being made by the club over and over again. They’re not learning, so the only way left to get into their heads is to make our discontent more visible. If it’s embarrassing, then good, it’s done its job. 2) There’s no forum for the supporters to interact with the club except in hostile circumstances. The chairman and director of football don't do media interviews. It’s silent, nobody actually knows what’s going on. People say Rudkin is a nice guy, but how would we ever know? Look at Steve Parish at Palace, he makes bad decisions at times but the fans are ok with that because he fronts up and outlines the logic. Even the Greek lard at Forest is out there doing that. Managers at our club are also intentionally silenced too. Communicate with the fans and once again we wouldn’t have to go to these extremes to make our voices heard. You as a supporter are being disrespected. Now you might be happy with that power dynamic, but in this case many of us are not. Hence we are making our voices heard.
  17. He deserves better than this, if anyone deserves a big US/Saudi payday then it’s him as I can’t see any big European teams taking him on with his injury record. What could’ve been.
  18. Yup, it’s literally just meat on the bone for red neck republicans. Remember the Top Gear episode where they painted anti-God slogans on their cars and nearly got shot in Alabama, that’s who he’s pandering to.
  19. More chance than any others.
  20. Always very suspicious of people that go into bat for a billionaire over the local community (plebs in Tops opinion).
  21. If it rains as much as it’s due to, it’ll be called off way before then. Shame really as this would be a hammering. At least Kent and Derby are unlikely to win.
  22. Top laughing has to be the final straw for many. He doesn’t care. Embarrasing.
  23. Not a shot on target again
  24. Thomas has probably become m one of our most sellable assets, could easily be a second choice left back for a prem team and could get in £8-10m
