I think it’s very good on matchday (Kings Head), I don’t find it bland but could understand your reaction on certain days in the week. As for real ale, Kings Head and Salmon are the same pub essentially and with a couple of landlord changes at the salmon, I would say the Kings Head marginally keeps its beer better.

What didn’t you like about the kings head out of interest? The Hind keeps their cask well, they had four to choose from.

If you’re at Hotel Brooklyn for a drink, could you not go to the Kings Head, it’s about a 7/8 minute walk.

For me the main disappointment regarding Nelson is that he’s not gone out on loan this season. It’s instinct rather than any sort of thorough assessment but I believe he is the only one out of three that could slot into our side at the moment, albeit he wouldn’t be as good as Vestegaard/Faes currently . Our strength in depth at centre back, clearly points to the necessity of a loan this season. Obviously I may have a different opinion had the injuries not hit Braybrooke and Alves. For Braybrooke, I think he has the ability to play Winks’ role but I think we underestimate how street wise his(Winks) play is at times, something that I think he(Braybrooke) could do with a loan to somewhere in league one. Alves, you’re right regarding the hype, I remember pre going for a night out in January 2022, making my mates watch Bournemouth vs Leicester U18s just so we could watch Alves, I think we scored 4? that night. However, every time I see him, I’m not sure where he fits into men’s football. Strange statement I know but perhaps until he finds his feet, he won’t be completely accommodated into the side. I think perhaps a flexible role on the left of a front three but that’s just lazy thinking on my part.

Yes I was attempting to say that’s not a solution but just a treatment of symptoms. Homelessness covers people who sleep on sofas, or other temporary solutions like hostels. I completely agree with aiming higher but as below states there will always be homelessness but there aren’t currently enough temporary solutions, that can be a stepping stone towards permanent accommodation.

That’s not a solution but a treatment of the symptoms of being homeless, they would still be homeless. But you’re right there needs to be more shelters built.

Yes he’s done incredibly well to come back so quickly but I don’t think a young person warrants years of punishment in a case like this. However, he certainly deserves a stronger punishment than he received.

I don’t agree with someone of that age being punished for years but the end of the season would have seemed appropriate.

Winks, has been our player of the season, followed by Vestegaard and then KDH or even Faes. Winks has been at 8/10 most games, if not 7/10. People forget there were still some question marks over Vestegaard performances in the first few games. KDH should have more goals and assists but his fitness is vital, hence the lateness of his goal contributions!

We don’t have the money to sign him at the moment, hence the number of loans we’ve done.

I think he could be better than Schmeichel. He’s an outstanding passer but his traditional goalkeeping qualities are all very strong. Made a really good punch in the second half.
