Stolarcyk is starting tonight, if it goes ahead.

It's always the same. Cooper being sacked, Ward being booed. The media see us as "little leicester" and we should know our place and accept a shit manager and accept a shit keeper and accept being utterly fcking dreadful as the media says so. We are all delusional in the eyes of the media and should not have any ambitions at all other than maybe being promoted from the championship and then immediately being relegated with no pride or fight, because that is our place in football according to the media.
-
Rudkin wouldn't need to swallow his pride as he'd be included in your initial point of "sack them all".
-
It's not always about spending, look at Brighton and Brentford, they've shown that it's about having a well run club from top to bottom with the right people in charge of things like scouting and recruitment etc. We don't have any decent structure at our club and any potential new owner would have to completely start from scratch in terms of the board, recruitment/scouting set up and even the playing squad. The club has been so mis managed for so long, there is no quick fix, even for a new owner and this for me, would potentially put off anyone wanting to invest a load of money in LCFC.

I'm in agreement that it's probably time for Top to sell up as he's had ample opportunity to change things at the club ie the board, and he hasn't done it. Heads should have rolled after we got relegated but nothing happened and then heads should have rolled with the whole FFP fiasco, even if we did get away with it for now on a technicality. It's clear to see the club has been poorly run for a number of years so Top should have taken responsibility for this and taken action by sacking the board members responsible for our demise (we all know who they are) and hired people who actually know how to run a football club. My worry is, even if he did decide to sell, who would realistically want to buy us? On the one hand we are attractive with the training ground, facilities etc but with the ffp restrictions and the state of our playing squad, that doesn't make us particularly attractive. Other than Mads and potentially Fatawu if he recovers well, we have no value in our squad and very little quality.

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
jayfox26 replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
I want to give him a chance as he's inherited a shit show from Cooper but if he plays Ward again then things are going to turn very ugly very quickly. I'm sure Iversen or a half fit Stolarcyk probably would have saved all 3 of Wolves' goals. We know our defence is crap and this is an issue that needs sorting in January but we can't be playing a keeper that barely saves anything, or we've already lost before we kick off. -
Wondered that myself
-
Can anyone explain why Buonanotte keeps not getting picked? He's arguably been our best player this season and has genuine quality in the final 3rd yet sits on the bench. Starting Ayew over him today is just bizarre.
-
The whole stadium should be booing at ft today but of course most will carry on happy clapping. Losing at home 3-0 to one of the worst teams the prem has seen for a while is embarrassing and unacceptable. Whilst wolves have some decent attacking players, their defence is hideous and we've barely troubled them. Doesn't matter who our manager is, until we sort out the shit at the top, recruitment etc and get shut of these mentally weak, over paid pile of shit players we've got in our squad, then we'll never move forward and get anywhere near the levels we were and know we are capable of. And before anyone starts, nobody expects us to win the league but teams like Brentford, Brighton and now even forest have proven you can challenge further up the table is your club is run by competent people, something we are sadly lacking.
-
Might just be me but why are the club making a thing of this? Fair play to him, but why would anyone else give a shit? Maybe I'm missing something and maybe there are some fans that would care about this but I absolutely couldn't give a flying fck what nationality he is 🤣
-
Can't smile but got a good compo face? 🤣 In all seriousness though, that's an absolute shit show from the club. They are far removed from the fans it's actually sickening!
-
I'm not sure the owners would care too much about the fans opinion. If they know they can make more money in this esl than they do from season ticket holders/match going fans, then that's what they'll do. We all know most money in football now comes through tv rather than ticket sales. Agree though that they should not be allowed to compete in any domestic comps if they do this. There also won't be any opposition from the players as they'll just look at their potential pay cheques rather than the impact it has on football/fans etc.
-
If they did it, it might not be a bad thing. The youngsters of today and "fans" from Asia, Africa etc that just like "big clubs" and "big players" can watch them in this shite league as much as they want whilst the older football fans (probably aged 30 up) can carry on supporting proper football at the "smaller clubs". We might not have all the big name players but we can actual get proper football back into our league rather than the bore fest that currently is the Premier league. I've no doubt, however, that the Premier league will already have plans in place to stop this. It is the richest league in the world and they are not going to just hand over their profits to some organisers of a super league. The main people that would suffer from this, aside from the PL, is the actual match going fans of the big clubs, as they aren't going to want to travel round the world every other week to watch their team. Most real football fans love away days but most won't be willing to travel round the world for every away game.
-
0-0 draw it is then
-
What a pathetic little weasel. Absolute playground shite that! Good player but shown his true colours that he's a complete bell end. Unfortunately the Premier league and football in general is littered with bell ends!
-
Cheers for clearing that up, I didn't quite understand first time round 🤣
-
Spurs being Spurs, im tempted to put a quid on 5-4 saints
-
-
You must attend every home game from January until the end of the season or relegation will be solely your fault!
-
One reason is all we need. Vardy. Whilst he may be getting on, he's still miles better than any strikers playing for teams towards bottom of the table.
-
Have they really got Archie Gray playing centre back?.
-
Peps finished and I'm quite glad to be fair. His brand of football has gone extremely boring and predictable and I don't find Man C enjoyable to watch at all. Add in the fact he's a complete bell end and I certainly am not disappointed to see his and Man City's demise
-
If they don't improve soon, I honestly thing Arteta is in trouble. Given the way things are going at Man C, they should be all over the title this season and they are 6 points behind Liverpool and they have a game in hand. They are lucky Liverpool dropped points as well but their fans can't be happy. They play hideous football as well. Was it ObI Mikel that said they are like Stoke under Pulis
-
Wolves look done. We've got to beat them next week!
-
He only doesn't get in as he plays the same position as Gordon. They have 2 very good left wingers but little on the right, even though Murphy did score 2 today, he's nowhere near AG or HB's level. It's obvious they have decent players and are miles ahead of us, I'm just not sure Howe is the man to take them to the next level. Today will have helped him out, but I said before the game I'm amazed he's not been under more pressure.
