Preston Away - Monday 29th April - Pre Match
jayfox26 replied to urban.spaceman's topic in Leicester City Forum
22nd April 2014, Bolton 0-1 LCFC, Lloyd Dyer scoring to confirm us as champions. 10 years later and we're back in the North West where we can confirm promotion and possibly even the title again, depending on other results. Video I took at that game came up on my fb memories on Monday, great day for me, especially with me living not far from Boltons stadium. Maybe Mavididi can grab a goal against his old club. -
Hes still faster than all our other centre backs.
-
There have always been certain bang average players over the years that always seem to play well against us, he's definitely one of them.
-
No it isn't. Doyle and Yunus started against Millwall and Daka started against Plymouth. Other than putting coady in for Faes, this is our strongest side and he's probably gone with Faes because Southampton have some pace in their side. Same reason he's probably gone with Justin over Doyle

Che Adams will definitely score.

It's got that bad that it does make you question is it just incompetence or is there something else at play? Some decisions have been so horrendously bad this season that it it can't surely just be incompetence -
Shouldn't need var when it's that obvious. I keep saying though about the var debate, that even if you completely remove it (from the prem) it won't make a shite of difference as refereeing standard in this country is at an all-time low. Whilst I don't agree with the way Forest have gone about things, I think they are right with questioning the integrity of officials. When such obvious decisions aren't given like that 3rd Leeds goal there, there's just no excuse for that

jayfox26 replied to Union FS's topic in Leicester City Forum
Quickly clicked on the page and for some reason I thought it was a message from foxes Trust. Read it and thought, Jesus the foxes trust has finally grown a pair and is challenging the club. It was at that point I realised it was Union fs 🤣. Great message though, and hopefully it hits home and the club change their thinking. Unfortunately, the club are banking on the happy clappers and day outers who wouldn't dare challenge the club and are just "happy to be here" and will happily just go along with whatever the clubs says/does. -

No but if there is a loophole and the club find out about it, they will try and close it. -
Hamza's made more saves than Mads

Goodman not even trying to hide the fact he hates us. How is he even still employed by sky, he's appalling!
-
Stop talking bollocks, absolute quality this team!
-
Same shit different game. Just can't see how we can get promoted, the players look like they have zero confidence and zero energy. WBA hammering us and so lucky we are not 2/3 down already
-
I know it is, and I carried on the sarcasm....
-
Literally was going to say this. Justin rb, Doyle LB and have Justin bombing forward so support Fatawu. Of course this won't happen though as we have to "trust the process" 🤮
-
Hope you'll be down the KP tomorrow with your clapper and kitted out head to toe in club shop nonce tackle 🤣

I absolutely can't stand him, he's a top player but he's incredibly bitter and a sore loser. Some players avoid interviews and the media as much as possible and I think he'd do well to do this as he just talks absolute crap and makes himself look like a nob. Whilst it can be frustrating to play against teams that play a low block, its totally understandable why teams do it and teams that play this "Pep" style of football (including ourselves) need to accept it and find ways to combat it rather than just been disrespectful to the opposition.

Chelsea have had issues like this for a while. Kepa in the cup final etc. They have a squad full of unlikeable, overpaid, over rated bell ends who are only interested in their own ambitions and couldn't give 2 hoots about the club they play for. Some clubs do seem to do their homework when scouting players and find out about their personalities etc as well as how good they are at football but certain clubs like Chelsea and Man U just seem to sign players regardless of their personalities and how they would fit in the dressing room etc. I've always said ability only gets you so far, you have to have the right attitude to succeed at the top level consistently and this includes helping create a good team ethic with your team mates. Our title winning team was the perfect example of great team ethic and Ipswich have also shown that this season.
-
It would sum up our season if we miss out on the final day by losing to Blackburn who will probably be safe by that point and have nothing to play for.
-
No. This manager and players haven't got the balls, have already shit the bed and show no signs of being able to change the bed sheets. Don't let the bad form of Leeds and Ipswich make us think we'll get away with it. I reckon Mckenna and Farke will have enough nous to get them through, while Enzo will continue to do the same thing expecting a different result.

Honking decision by the ref to give it and honking that var didn't over turn it. Would never have been given at the other end
-
Just leave the prem as it is and leave everyone in the championship as clearly nobody wants to get promoted
-
Decent shout and I reckon he'd be ready for a change as he's probably done as much as he can with Cov
