  1. I think it’s been mentioned on here but the away shirt is off-white with a subtle pattern of either the Fox head or the old Fox & Crop, can’t remember which. The 3rd is black with a pink/orange tie dye pattern.
  2. By the way, this is still the best thread title on FT.
  3. I would say the tazers and firearms carried by the many dozens of police at the stadiums is more than little done to prevent violence. 😂 I could write a dissertation on why there just isn’t as much sports-related violence here— the history of clubs vs. franchises, the hyper locality of the game in Europe, and significant differences in social dynamics all contribute. Anyway, and unfortunately, we more than make up for the lack of sports-related violence in plenty of other ways.
  4. I think you’re right on that. 28 games unbeaten as well. I hope they still have something left in the tank for Sunday after this run!
  5. No. 1994 was very peaceful and there wasn’t any major violence the last time the Copa America was hosted in the States in 2016. There are always skirmishes around USA vs. Mexico but it’s all very isolated. The worst we generally see is the occasional celebratory riot when a team wins a title but even those are becoming rarer. That there are large communities already in the States who are actually from the various participating countries certainly helps stem the violence (people generally learn to live with each other in the bigger cities), plus the police are, shall we say, a bit less diplomatic about that sort of thing here. I have no idea what’s going to happen in 2026, though, and I haven’t seen what the ticket plans are. With the expanded format, I think everyone might be misguided in expecting a festival like the Olympics.
  6. You better watch out, I’m going to Colombia later this year and I’m coming back with that guy’s overhand right 😂
  7. That was likely his intention but as the champ Mike Tyson once said: everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth. That second half by Colombia was one of the gutsiest performances I’ve ever seen, they could have easily won 3-0. They’ve been running their balls off all tournament on short rest and in ridiculous heat and humidity but show no signs of slowing down.
  8. Sounds about right for that account
  9. Totally get it! Hope I didn’t come across as nitpicking there.
  10. Glad there’s a plan for action and a call to support local businesses instead until supporters receive acceptable answers. Minor feedback: that statement is way too long to be written in all caps. I know this isn’t the intention but it reads like two pages of someone yelling at the reader.
  11. And we already have a chant ready-made for him: He’s our f***ing centre-back, Caleb Okoli!
  12. Worth signing just to revive the Daniel Amartey chant.
  13. Outside of translated summaries of transfer reports from foreign sources, I don’t think FoxesHub have shown that they’re worth reposting.
  14. I know the sponsors want to take up every millimeter possible but I can’t always help to think that our shirts would look so much nicer if we used the sponsor logos’ horizontal branding.
  15. More and more women’s teams are moving away from white shorts in recent years (for good reason) so we should expect more home kits featuring blue shorts as we’ve aligned the look of both teams. P.S. this isn’t an endorsement of the kits and sponsor (which I don’t like), or the way most of our supporters are being treated by the club
  16. Sosa’s not that great and would cost a lot more. We can spend better elsewhere.
  17. Definitely. Credit to him for that. He’s a young player who was put in a very unfair position when we signed him. I hope for his and our sakes that we can figure out how to get the best from him at Leicester.
  18. Let’s be honest about that play, he really didn’t make the goal. And he made one of the worst blunders of the tournament, which led to an England goal. Otherwise I think he’s been fine in the Euros and I’m interested to see if he keeps his place in the lineup today. This tournament is another great learning experience for the young defender.
  19. He was a decent player on a very solid side, I wouldn’t consider him one of the standouts on last year’s Bologna team but he’s still very young for a defender and will likely only get better.
  20. Are these the types of jokes that get a laugh on Arsenal forums?
  21. I cannot see how there’s anyone else left defending him and thinking he should have anything to do with getting us out of the mess he helped create. I appreciate that Top is willing to continue pumping money into the club but if Rudkin isn’t axed and Top doesn’t want to run the club seriously, then they both have to go already.
  22. Ndidi was so out of form back then and was also a big reason for why we lost.
  23. I’ve had enough of styles of football. We have to punch, kick and claw our way to survival and get there by any means necessary. If Cooper’s up for that fight, then I’m more than happy to give him my support.
