You can put isolators on the end of the pipes then tile. that’s what I would do, then assess if you need a plumber to take from there. That’s what I did in my old house. Im in a new build now and it’s all poly pipe and push fit fixings. I just do it all myself here.

I don’t do chargers but as I understand they normally put a mini distribution board by the meter, usually outside in the brown box in modern house or under the stairs in older houses.

We were discussing his replacements value. which I think would cost £15-20m or a significant loan fee. I’m no less convinced of that.

Ok we loaned Slimani for £2-3m to Newcastle for half a season. I’d say Kel being his replacement, is better no?
