There’s no free hits in professional football mate, think you need to calm down a tad, are you his uncle or something? I like him and definitely a player in there but if you’re old enough to play professional football you’re old enough to be critiqued. I’m not going to come on here and say oh wow he was amazing when he was obviously a little out of his depth. He was poor last night - take off your blue tinted specs and you’ll see that he struggled to look after the ball, was consistently outmuscled and nearly ****ed up the assist, abdul got him out of trouble. I’m not ‘piling’ in but I’m absolutely allowed to comment on whoever turns out in a Leicester city shirt. He will deservedly be afforded more patience but I’ll call a spade a spade.

The fan base on the whole is being very patient with the younger lads, but just because some of these lads are young doesn’t mean they’re exempt from criticism. There’s of course an understanding that not everything they do will be perfect, but he looked really out of his depth last night. It’ll take time and I like him! But unfortunately this is professional football, they’re there to be critiqued.
