Ruud awakening for the Premier League!
ElusiveEd replied to DJ Barry Hammond's topic in Leicester City Forum
Go back. Chances are they still have it. -
Seems my LCFC employee sources on Saturday were right. I'll add em to my speed dial for future reference.

I don't want a "Family Image" I want my club back, along with the support and atmosphere we once had. It's his "Family Image" vision that's killed the match day I once loved.

Think you're confused mate, he played for Wolves in the 80's and 90's.

It's going to take a seriously strong individual to take on this squad as there seems to be a siege mentality between them all created by the bad feeling against Cooper. It's going to be someone who deserves and commands respect both by his footballing achievements and nouse. Cooper had neither, blagged a living but got sussed out.

Was listening to TalkSport on my drive home earlier, the White and Jordan show. The stand in for White was saying, after an LCFC fan caller, that he was told by a mate who's a player at the club that a fellow "senior" teammate didn't like the contract extension that was being offered to him by Rudkin so he went personally and directly to Top who gave him exactly and everything he was asking for. They tried to guess it was probably Vardy but it was left hanging as to who it might be. Still, Whoever it was, I love the fact they just bypassed him and went straight to the boss.

Sorry mate, you missed a u out so it wouldn't work or make sense.

Sky Sports are pretty adamant and confident that Potter and Moyes are not in the frame for the job. If that's anything to go by then hopefully it's RVN.

Can only wonder if the same person who advises Rebekah Vardy said this would be a great idea. Can see both sides of the debate on this but if they come out fighting against Brentford, play well, score a few and win the game all will be forgotten by those slating em. If this is what they need to let off steam and stay tight as a squad then so be it. Lets just see what happens next.

Time to go I'm afraid. Was chatting to some LCFC employees pre game today who said there are strong rumours abound that we are actively chasing Ruud Van Nistelroy. Time will tell I guess but I'd take him in a heartbeat.

Liverpool (A) - Boxing Day - 8pm

AL6 just to the right of the goal seems to have opened up. Masses of seats available and a lot better view than that corner. -
I said GOOD news. 🤣

Let's hope it's in the upper half of the centre by Xmas as that's always a good indicator. Could be a sign if the players get in the lift only hear the voice say "Going Down" only to see Rudkin rummaging around the bargain basement for some overpriced sh*t that's had it's day, not wanted by others or wasn't that good to start with, ......and even then waiting for the January Sales window to open and STILL pay full price.

Is anyone else hearing Abdul has done his ACL? Had a text this morning from a mate who normally knows this stuff but life has taught me to always dig deeper for, or until, confirmation has been made. Anyone?

Anyone with 2 tickets, 1 could even be an under 16, that can't make this? Please DM me if you can help. Cheers

Just a heads up to those driving up.... Be aware of parking along that long straight road leading to the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand, the road where many cars park up on the pavement. Last game I saw cars on there, as they do every game I've been to at OT, and pulled on there myself but it just didn't feel right and even crossed my mind if you need a permit, etc so I left for my normal area I park at. After the game every single vehicle had a parking ticket, nearly all were Man U fans who I guess have parked there before but were targeted this time. Must've been 40 odd cars with tickets on. That'll cover Manchester Police Xmas party.

These never made my tier so was going to let this one go but if anyone has 2 spare (One could be an under 16) please drop me a message. Cheers.
-
Sorry, just seen this. I'm sorted now but thanks for replying.
-
Still would like 2 for this if anyone can't make it. Cheers.

Was centrally great in the academies. He fed the kids up front.

Development/Youth Squads 2024/2025 Thread - U18/U21

Just noticed our under 21s v Northampton Town in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy is live on SkySports+ on Tuesday night. Be a welcome distraction from all things Trump and Harris. -
Is it just me or is it just his natural demeanour but he always looks completely f*ucked after playing, even if it's just the last 10-15 mins, like yesterday again. He's like one step away from a mobility scooter or just so ****ing cool and chilled he'd make a sloth sweat. I'd hate to go on a ramble with him, it'd take days!

Bored on Sunday? LCFC Word challenges
ElusiveEd replied to Elsie Effcee's topic in Leicester City Forum
My point in not using it was because it felt and seemed like I was calling Facundo the C word. Something he is far from being. Although whist I type this I've just realised the word "Buon" Italian for "good"
