Wayne offered me 2 Hull away tickets via FoxesTalk that he couldn't use when we last played em. Within an hour we met at a mutual place in Leicester and I bought them without any issues. They were 100% legit and he seemed a decent bloke and we had no issues. I did get a few messages from someone on here a few months ago who was very suspicious about him, asking me if he was legit as they were waiting for tickets they had purchased that hadn't arrived and Wayne had told him that I could give him good references as he had sold me tickets in the past. I informed him that I'd had no issues with buying the 2 Hull tickets and all was fine. Wayne messaged me on here around a week ago saying he had a spare for the Fulham game but I needed 2 so had to decline. Always came across as decent with me and I assumed I'd have met up to buy the ticket again this time if I'd bought it so am/was surprised to see and read about this happening although I was aware someone had been having an issue with a ticket not turning up last season.

Still after 2 for this, even if one was for an under16/18. Cheers

It's a great sentiment but as hard as I try with every bone and sinew of my being I just can't drag myself into the mindset that I'm excited, or even remotely looking forward to what lies ahead and that's just not like me. It's as if the whole LCFC thing of recent has drained the life and soul out of my passion for the game/club/team and supporting it. But I'll be there on Monday night, like I will be most other games, hoping against hope that what I'm watching will be something that will reignite my fire for it all.......but I really am struggling to see it right now.

Iv'e long said that LCFC was Vichai's baby. Loved it, nurtured it and gave it the best he could. Now it feels like one of Top's long distance cousins that nobody mentions and has become something of an irritating burden that's dragging him and us down and he doesn't know what to do with it.

Cant pretend I’m in the know but I got this from a pretty good source whom I trust and I’m trying to take it with a pinch of salt but concerning all the same but now we have this doing the rounds….. Just spoke with *****, heard through council links that ground expansion cancelled ,all catering contracts being allowed to expire as club being put up for sale !

You know what, when I read your post I think I realised just how understated or undervalued I may have let him become but that has cemented everything I thought I felt about the bloke. I knew I loved him as part of our club and loved what he was for us but when I read your post I just think, yeah…..absolute ****ing legend. 👍

Truly devastated and gutted at this news. Shakey always came over as being the nicest of guys and always seemed to be the one who steadied the LCFC ship when in unsteady rough times, and always seemed to be the glue that held our club and team together in times of need. RIP and sincere condolences to his family. A man truly loved by us all.
