I worried about Marti when we hired him that he sort of had an on/off record. Winning is a habit and we need to get it going!

To me it feels like Skipp and Soumare must look top drawer in training and he's committed to giving them a run in the team. Same for Okoli. For the sake of getting the ball forward at speed you need winks, Ricky and Wout in the team. Play our best team more often than not....we should win. And that's despite the like of Thomas and Mavididi in the team.

Mavididi needs to impact today. Otherwise he could find himself as 2nd or even 3rd choice. Bench is excellent. Lots of options and lots of tactical flexibility.

Last season he was good in patches and showed decent potential. This season he hasn't started as if he's a level above the championship. If he doesn't get his move I'd hope he can focus on getting his head down and being the player of the season. KDH had a similar attitude when we came down and almost felt single handedly responsible for getting us back up. We need a similar attitude from him.
