Just to add to what Lako said I personally use Dodl to invest in Vanguard which has an easy to use App. Dodl is basically AJ Bell, I use it purely because I'm far from an expert and it was my first time putting my money anywhere other than in a bank.

That Walshy one is a great birthday present idea for my old man, cheers!

£6m is terrible business. I'd be iffy about taking him on a free. Please please please don't let it be a 3 year contract. -
Leicester 1- 1 Tottenham Post Match Thread

Anyone notice Pedro Porro wanted to do the darts celebration with Maddison after the goal? Madders declined it. I couldn't make the game last night, what reception did he get? Any applause or boos? -
Worst season in the clubs history incoming.

I know Spurs could still do us here in injury time but we've gone toe to toe with one of the so called 'big' teams and could just have easily won it as lost it. Early days of course but perhaps the pessimism in here was a tad overly dramatic? -
Do you mean playing with Soumare is like playing with 10 men?
-
Well, I suppose if nothing else this shows we can be competitive!
-
Madders far far better than anybody we've got. Can't imagine having that kind of creativity anymore. Sad
-
At least he gives us some bite, a bit of aggression etc.
-
People talking like this is a done deal - given our track record I wouldn't take anything as certain until the shite announcement video is released.
-
In isolation he's a decent player but we desperately need creativity and goals. He'd be an upgrade on Hamza. I'd be OK with this if there's an attacking/creative midfielder and a striker coming soon after.

This thread is disaster porn 😂

My Mrs has been rostered on a long shift for Monday so I can't go to this one anymore due to childcare. I'm a bit disappointed now but I think it'll be a blessing in disguise to be honest. Don't fancy watching us get pasted. -
We’ve Defied the Odds Before. Get Behind the Lads...

That's all well and good, and in times like 2015/16 when we we struggling it was easy to get behind the team and club. Now though it feels like the club has turned on the fans, and it's ran and owned by incompetent idiots, so it's much harder to be positive. -
Surely it's one or the other Just as long as we do manage to get one of them!!

My Vanguard Lifestrategy 80 has pretty much fully recovered now from the wobble.

To be fair I'm not too bothered if this happens or not. He's past his prime, plus he's a bellend too. One of those whiney pricks like Bruno Fernandes. I'd still take him but it's not the end of the world if not.

This would be an absolute desperation signing. Please don't let it happen. -
Yeah, this is the one I bought: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0D3HW2GD2/ref=ya_aw_od_pi?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It was £300 a couple of weeks ago, now £400! They are quite noisy, certainly to an extent where it would make falling asleep more difficult. We haven't been having it on all night anyhow, we've found running it for an hour or so before we go to bed, in that time it lowers the room temperature by about 5°c, which is more comfortable. It's almost a bit of a psychological comfort thing as well, knowing you've got it there, if that makes any sense.

I'm not panicking. I've already accepted a thumping relegation.

I liked Cooper's post-Lens interview. Very honest, told it like it is, i.e. we were poor in many areas and need to improve drastically. It makes a change from Rogers and Enzo at least in that those two would always say we played well, deserved more etc.

Haha imagine wanting a manager sacked before he'd even managed a competitive game of football for us 😂
