  1. “Battled” to a 0-0 at the break. Better than I thought it would be. Game itself is even worse than I expected. Garbage. But there’s a glimmer of hope. Pompey to score within the first minute of the second half.
  2. “Leicester can be so dangerous on transition” When? Ten years ago?
  3. Every commentators mistaken belief that Abdul is the second coming of Maradona and Romario rolled into one is baffling. Surely someone has watched him before?
  4. In what world, in a match that we are desperate to win, do you take the one lad who has at least tried in every game out of the lineup (Skipp) and replace him with someone who has played one good game in his entire time for us (WBA home two years ago)? I just… good lord.
  5. This is going to be one of the worst performances in the history of the club. An absolute sh*tshow. Regardless of how Pompey do tonight, I have never looked at a fixture and thought it's more nailed on that we will be at least three goals down by half time. And guaranteed to be down to ten men. If I was Rowett I'd just walk into the sea at half time, Reginald Perrin style.
  6. I actually heard someone on the concourse at the Preston game saying that the players have been told to lose by the owners so we can blame the six points. Whilst it’s a fun conspiracy theory, the reality is they’re just all crap 😂
  7. Absolutely shambolic performance from every single player. Not one deserves to be paid. Of the last three games, all three teams we’ve played have been doggo and yet we are still worse. We are down. Imagine having to go to a fired up Fratton Park with these ingrates needing to get a win. Every single one of them is mentally weak and has one eye on the nice new contract that their agent will get them because they’re “too good to play in League One”. I hate them all. Send Mukasa back to Man City after that absolute horror of a free kick. Let’s hope whoever chooses to buy Abdul hasn’t actually watched him this season and just buys him because he’s young and quick because his decision making might be the worst I’ve ever seen. Cheers for all this, Rudkin. A series of awful managers, a team full of overpaid mercenaries and not one single effective footballer that we actually own. You’ve ruined us. You’ll ensure Rowett or someone else gets the blame. I have no idea how you can sleep at night.
  8. Not true. Booing lasted a fair while then the fans who stayed loudly sang “you’re not fit to wear the shirt”.
  9. Getting to the business end of the season now. Just scheduled some really nice stuff from the Sunderland game ten years ago to the IG account today. Posts will be coming up all through the day up until 7pm, and the next few weeks are probably going to get a bit crazy. Do give the account a follow if you would like to be distracted from the horror of this season. https://www.instagram.com/lcfc5000to1 I actually got paid to be at that game as I was filming an ad for Virgin Media that week, so I interviewed a few fans before and after the game and then watched the match from Sunderland hospitality seating near the press box. I promised myself I wouldn't celebrate the goals but couldn't help it - fair play to the Sunderland fans around me, they were all surprisingly sound about it and wished us luck for the rest of the season. Would have given my left arm to actually be in the away end though, looked amazing from where I was.
  10. Another player who is, bless him, completely crap.
  11. I feel sorry for him because he has the most disinterested, spoiled, lazy players to try and pick from. I would love to see him just smack one of them just once. Not like a closed fist sucker punch. More like an open handed slap around the chops.
  12. We are absolutely down. Zero fight or urgency. A big spoiled bunch of players, none of whom care what happens. Took me two and a half hours to drive home and I’ve been fuming for all of it. They are, to a man, crap. And their attitudes are worse. My anger wasn’t helped by TalkSport and a woman calling in doing the usual “get behind the lads” stuff. I went to that game and sang loads. I have spent thousands of pounds over the last thirty odd years watching Leicester play. I have done nothing other than get behind the lads for my entire life. I am absolutely allowed to point out that my club is being run into the ground and the only players we have are tiresome mercenaries who wouldn’t p*ss on any of us if we were on fire. It’s hard to keep a great atmosphere when the charlatans you watch are one nil down to the worst team in the history of the championship after a minute because the highest paid squad in league history can’t defend a bloody corner. Dean Saunders made a great point though. When a team is this fractured and bad, not a single one of them is playing for the team. They’re all panicking, getting their agents on the phone to helicopter them out of our cesspool so they can still afford man bags and holidays to Dubai. They couldn’t care less about any of us. The only person who deserved any applause today was their keeper. And speaking as someone who was there, I didn’t see anyone applauding our lot off at the end. Loud boos and anger from everyone around me. I haven’t drank for 27 years so if someone could get obliterated for me tonight I would be grateful. Furious.
  13. Literally everyone booed. Where I was sat nobody applauded, everyone booed and just left on the final whistle. Heard some fans staying in place singing you’re not fit to wear the shirt.
  14. We are absolutely revolting. Winks is back to being extremely crap. Can’t put a tackle in, everything is sideways. Mavididi is embarrassing. Mukasa may as well be back in Manchester. Garbage throughout. We deserve to go down and even if we somehow get three points today (we won’t) we are getting nothing from any other games. Rotten. Happy to report from the away end I didn’t see a single person applauding them off at half time. Not one. Good.
  15. It’s a lovely sunny day and the pies in the away end are half decent so I’m in a great mood. 2-0 Wednesday
  16. To be fair they’re now run a lot better than us! We’re number one! We’re number one!
  17. We are so infuriating to watch. Every single game. Daka ran his socks off. Abdul has already mentally left for Barca in his deluded mind. Stupidly gave the ball away for their first and he’s about one tenth of the player that he THINKS he is. Mavididi is bobbins too. I don’t mind Luke Thomas when he’s constantly trying to go forwards and I don’t have to think about him trying to defend. Best moment of the game was right before we equalized, seeing Ayew ready to come on and Rowett telling him to sit back down. It took him about two minutes to get his high vis vest back on. He’s such a dynamo 😂
  18. Leicester's Gary Rowett: "He's been on a flight from Argentina to Chile, Chile to Paris, Paris to England, and then in a car to a training ground, then trained yesterday morning and played with that much energy," "I think it was quite outstanding. I saw him training yesterday (Thursday) and felt as though he had good energy, so I didn't think it was a massive problem. "Pato is so quick and so direct that I thought he might get into some good positions. So it was quite an early decision to start him“ Fair play to the lad putting in that shift today with that schedule. Zambia’s game was on Wednesday too.
  19. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD
  20. Have driven three hours to be here today on a whim (I should have been away for work but the ongoing war stopped my travel) In the cold light of day (and seeing the team) I am absolutely certain I will regret this ludicrous decision. And Monday. FFS.
  21. I am now unexpectedly free on Monday so if anyone is selling a spare for Hillsborough let me know.
  22. We’re down. And it’s what this useless, spineless, inept bunch deserve. In many ways part of me would hate seeing us escape relegation as we would have to watch these ingrates celebrating something that should never been close to happening in the first place. A crowd should be gathering outside demanding change. It won’t be though. I am absolutely furious with these wasters. Now FIVE managers (including King) who can’t get anything out of them. Crap.
  23. Mukasa has been crap as well. You expect that from Ayew. But I had hope for him.
