Definitely in the glass half full camp. Dead wood being moved on. Youngsters being given a chance experienced signings incoming. I have spoken previously about the changes RM has made since being here, all very positive. Was down the club yesterday actually and bumped into a few faces. Everyone speaks so highly of RM and the changes he is implementing to improve the culture. Lots more changes to come also i have been told!! New DOF is also conducting the business working with Glover. Pendulum certainly changing in how we operate going forward. Everyone who i spoke with yesterday are genuinely excited for this season.

I beg to differ. He's 36 and a GK. Vardy 39 and still playing so have no issues with him being signed on a 2 year deal. Great experience and half decent. Remember were third tier now! Happy with this signing. Be our number 1 next season

Priority is to change the Culture to a winning togetherness. The fitness levels were diabolical, which is the first thing he has addressed, even bringing his own Fitness guy in. The training session shave been intense and often throwing in double sessions unannounced, (hence the England game one) Everyone i have spoken to down there speaks extremely highly of how he conducts himself and treats all of the staff. All youngsters will be given chances. Anyone not fully behind the "project" will be moved out. Wants to engage with fans and get them on board. Think there planning a QA session before season. Little signs up in the dressing room, ie, how many games WE need to win to get back to PL. He gonna be alright, i genuinely believe it, and if he isnt a success he will have definitely changed the culture into a positive one.

So much negativity on here. Believe me, he has done more behind the scenes that the last 3 managers put together. Didnt want him because of his style of play, but from what i heard behind the scenes and the northampton game, he definitely needs to be given time. VK, Winks and Vesty all potentially gone within 3 weeks.
