  1. Russell Martin, the new sporting Director and Glover have all worked with each other previously. Think that will be our first port of call. Whether he takes it is another story, but my gut feel is that he would. Does give youth a chance but i for one wont have his style of play.
  2. Just made a point that i watch Quorn, nothing more than that wont happen in this current climate. Unless you are a wealthy businessman with millions to throw at it, going through the pyramid becomes even more difficult. Harborough Town for examples wage bill is far outweighs the gate receipts etc. Brackley Town was another one where money was thrown at it. I have played around that level and these days playing step 2, 3 and even 4 can be a full time job on its own wages wise.
  3. want to see what Sammys like as i expect him to feature heavily next season
  4. Attend Quorn regular. Step 3.
  5. wont be in attendance, like last night. Will be getting my football fix on Saturday watching Sammy Braybrooke playing for Chesterfield v Crewe.
  6. Agree. Just listened to it and you came across extremely well. Not too convinced about Tops response to continuing to fund though, "i try" i believe was the response.
  7. These show ponies will all have their holidays booked and wont want to risk getting injured. Therefore, expect to see the usual lack of effort from these bunch of to55ers Will concede from a set piece then roll over and have there bellies tickled as per the usual. Wont even entertain watching it on TV. Renewed ST on basis that most of these, if not all are gone
  8. deluded fool we wont win another game this season what planet you on
  9. Lets make no mistake. Dropping into L1 is not like it was previously under hollowhead. Our wage bill is astronomical. The Clubs cash turnover will be massively negative in terms of incoming and outgoings. Half of these cretins (allegedly players) wont care about LCFC surviving and will stay and take the cash. We only have Berkovic, daka, Ayew and Ricky P leaving on high wages. W*nks BDBR Skipp Faes Vesty etc etc are still here. We could very very easily drop again. Geoff Peters alluded to this fact on talksport saying we haven't reached our lowest yet. Either : Top needs to a) fund the deficit of profit and loss next year - which personally i cant see happening b) sell up c) pull the plug and go in admin These are seriously worrying times ahead. On a positive spin, there is not 1 player who is employed by LCFC that i care about anymore in the first team squad.
  10. I personally dont think that they will sell Seagrave. The only suitors would be Forest and the FA. Better facility than St Georges Park which could be then used for the women. When England left Bisham Abbey, i believe England Rugby Union took over.
  11. More tricks than Barnsey. Harvey or John
  12. Fantastic and highly regarded businesswoman She got out before the carnage started. Top chose JR over her The rest is history
  13. Neil Lennon wouldnt suprise me in the slightest
  14. Injury prone sick note very poor business, awful signing
  15. Drastically change the model. Revert to similar type of Pearson, Shakey walsh et el. In short, massively reduce the wage structure. Adopt a model similar to those of, Brentford, Brighton and Bouremouth. There structure works and is so defined that in fairness whoever manages (within reason) will succeed.
  16. has this board really come to this
  17. yeagh Foxes Tez just confirmed. Probs get 5M tops i would say
  18. Has anyone got the contract expiry dates at hand of the players? Or was that on another thread?
  19. Lets also not forget we have some big hitters wages bound to move on that clubs will be wary of injuries wise. Souttar, Vesty etc. Oh and Faes still has a year left too
  20. To be fair Clapham, thats what i thought, but read somewhere he not been offered contract and his contract expires 26? Could be wrong. However, if he does have a year left and we dont offer him contract he will be sold to raise funds
  21. Another one to be sold. Possibly agreement with "one of the top 6" to purchase now with transfer fee when he 18. Not convinced in him yet tbh.
  22. Nelsons out of contract he walks for free
  23. Not a chance any of them be here next season. This new Technical Director will be working to get them out the door. All have far bigger ego's than playing in L1. It will be a mass exodus and not before time too. Winks, i think will be Coventry bound. Nearly joined last summer but wouldnt take wage cut apparently.
  24. Will see most of the players out on loan, U23"s, few loans in and few journeymen free transfers with L1 experience. Personally, i will take that now in preference over this orrible lot.
  25. I am broken to the point i wont be in attendance will go Quorn or watch grand national and the masters
