POTENTIAL FIXTURE CHANGE: BRISTOL CITY (H) – MARCH 2026 Our Sky Bet Championship fixture against Bristol City at King Power Stadium may be subject to change at short notice, pending Bristol City’s involvement in the Emirates FA Cup. Home fixture with Bristol City could move to Wednesday 11 March 2026 Match currently scheduled for Tuesday 10 March 2026 (7:45pm kick-off) Change dependent on Bristol City progressing in the Emirates FA Cup The Robins’ visit to King Power Stadium is currently scheduled for Tuesday 10 March (7:45pm kick-off). However, should Bristol City progress from their rearranged FA Cup Fourth Round tie away to Port Vale, which takes place on Tuesday 3 March, their potential fifth round tie would take place on the following Sunday (8 February). In this scenario, our Championship fixture with them will instead be played on Wednesday 11 March, also at 7:45pm. Confirmation will be provided following the conclusion of Bristol City’s fourth round tie on Tuesday 3 March. If Bristol City progress into the Emirates FA Cup Fifth Round: LCFC vs Bristol City: Wednesday 11 March, 2026 (7:45pm kick-off) If Bristol City don’t progress into the Emirates FA Cup Fifth Round: LCFC vs Bristol City: Tuesday 10 March, 2026 (7:45pm kick-off) All tickets purchased for the fixture will remain valid in the event of the date change.

This is the 11th of September episode where marti is live in the studio if anyone is interested https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p0m299fs

I agree but unless it’s a points deduction of 50 or more points it won’t really affect them
-
I can see their “punishment” being a transfer ban and a fine, Premier league won’t want to lose them from the league especially if the gossip about tv rights holders is correct about wanting reimbursement if Man City are removed

If we was going to mess around with a “false 9” then I would rather it be JJ, he seems to know when to time his runs and he clearly knows where the goal is

Protest march vs Norwich - Sat 28th Feb 2026

It’s not that I don’t think there will be interested parties because of course there will be, it will be who the parties could be, being an attractive option doesn’t mean decent owners, are the Glaziers good owners?, Jim Ratcliffe?, Todd Boehly? We could end up with crypto gambling owners which appear to be happening at Sheff Wednesday just to be clear this post is not an endorsement for King Power Remaining in charge just trying to say changing owners might not be the magic fix that people seem to think it will be -

Definitely more attractive then them but it doesn’t necessarily mean the standard of owner will be better -

According to reports there was 3 offers, Mike Ashley was one, an American consortium and the preferred bidder James Bord and his Consortium a recent report about James Bord’s bid There have been concerns about where Bord’s money is coming from, especially given the lack of details about the members of Bord’s consortium which includes Felix Roemer, a German crypto-casino owner, and Jordanian entrepreneur and apparent Royal Family member Alsharif Faisal bin Jamil. -
Just seen a stat, Bilal El Khannous has more assists for us this season in the Championship then Mavididi does

I agree the handball rules are wrong, the farce is if that had rebounded to another Liverpool player who then scored it would have counted -

Very clearly off his elbow and the right decision to rule it out -
A main issue I don’t think is spoken about often is that nearly every striker we have signed in the last 15 years or so previously played in a 2 striker system before joining us and we ask them to play up front on their own, Vardy has been the only one who has really managed it but arguably even he was better with a partner, Nugent,Okazaki, iheanacho, you could even include Mahrez into that with the little defensive work he did and in turn those partners often had better games when paired with another Daka came with a decent goal scoring record albeit in what is considered an “inferior” league but that was also part of a 2 man strike force
-
Of course we have
-
The premier league are not arguing that, the only thing they are appealing about is the lack of punishment for failing to provide the accounts on time
-
Finally someone with sanity posted, completely agree that we are looking to shave a few points off which does look like a possibility, agree that worst case scenario we will still be left with the 6 points For me the premier league appealing is actually worse then us as the panel has already stated that our behaviour was aggravating already, so it gives the panel a very high bar to jump to now issue some sort of fine or points deduction for that particular offense

He just lead the consortium and put his own money in to save the club from administration for fun then did he? -

It’s a valid question, what do people genuinely actually think the club is currently worth? Ipswich had a 2025 deal done that valued them at around £350 million Top clearly don’t want to sell so how many people in the world could actually afford to buy the club let alone have a interest in owning a football club -

Neither is Rob Mac, he originally only wanted to sponsor Wrexham so he could do a Documentary and couldn’t afford to do that without Ryan Reynolds help -

Guess you only needed to go to 10/12 games this season and that covers your season ticket in individual match prices
