  1. The latest episode of Rogan was an interesting listen. I can see why this guy gets called a climate change sceptic but to me he makes some valid points. https://open.spotify.com/episode/5hnVaATIVVo8YHBhYu0MVg?si=tz8V08XmSeSipO3WuI-AnA&utm_source=copy-link
  2. May I ask when this will happen?
  3. There are literally tens of millions of Pfizer vaccines going begging across Europe, India and the US. Maybe there's a deal to be done before they go in to landfill.
  4. That's an interesting piece. Although when I hear the term going dark I instantly think of Jack Bauer
  5. I've heard more than once that sometimes peer reviewed papers only have access to the analysis of the data and not the raw data itself. Can this happen and if it does is it a sneaky way, for let's say big pharma to say ' you ain't getting your hands on this ' Not that these companies would do such a thing, impeccable track record the lot of them
  6. Haha good spot. I'll leave it in as it'll make @leicsmac think I'm doing my bit
  7. I'm not insulating anyone mate but if you think that I am then that explains a lot.
  8. .
  9. If you don't mind media and government telling you lies then fair play. They obviously won't do it again will they.
  10. Same old lines mate and I guess the Covid police in here will always follow the narrative which was pushed so hard. That's fine I get it. My response to your questions is yes they could be true, but on the other hand they could easily be just another set of lies to add to the list. You've only got to look at Purdue with the opioid scandal and Merck with Vioxx that these companies don't care one bit about being honest. Even when they get caught they just pay a fine and keep going.
  11. So getting a vaccine you didn't need to protect granny was a lie. People died as a result and nobody gives a shit. I'm not daft, I do know that it was a difficult situation and decisions need to be made but to just make stuff up was tragic. But I guess when you put your trust in the most corrupt companies in the most corrupt industry that's what you get. https://www.news.com.au/technology/science/human-body/pfizer-did-not-know-whether-covid-vaccine-stopped-transmission-before-rollout-executive-admits/news-story/f307f28f794e173ac017a62784fec414
  12. Ezra Collective in Berlin..
  13. GoGo Penguin at Warwick Arts Centre in November.
  14. Many people I know say they won't bother getting any more shots, including quite a few 60/70+. That was definitely not the case a year ago. I doubt any of them have been swayed by the so called conspiracies either.
  15. Pointless carrying on this discussion. Have a nice weekend
  16. Well obviously I'm not writing off all their wrongs but seriously even you must see that the parents of America children have made the right decision here.
  17. My faith in the American people has been restored. https://www.washingtonpost.com/health/2022/09/18/kids-coronavirus-vaccine/
  18. Whatever you say about the bloke he really rocks the pantomime villain look.
  19. Yes please do mate, I will say though that I'm not interested in the apocalyptic view of it all, just the solutions to it. I find myself more engaged with that, if that makes sense.
  20. Thanks man, good detailed response. I'm not necessarily buying what he is saying, I do find it interesting though and maybe it is just to sell books who knows. He appears to make more sense than some, but anyway this subject is way above my level, I'll let the more knowledgeable carry on in this thread
  21. @leicsmac I've been listening/reading a lot of Bjørn Lomborg recently. What's your take on him? Genuinely interested in your opinion. He seems to be on board with climate change but suggests we're going about it the wrong way.
  22. Yeah I thought that. She's no Maggie de Block from Belgium but still
  23. Sacred Cow. The documentary that Netflix strangely sat on for a year then deemed it too controversial to take. Seems to make a really good case for regenerative agriculture and the eating of good quality meat.

Yes Wells is very nice but a little more expensive than other places, and as this purchase will be a second home for the time being I don't want to stretch myself too far. But wuth an eye on maybe moving full time in a few year's, Wells would definitely interest us. Coltrane is the man Ok thanks. I don't need them to fall but I'll certainly not rush in with offers, which is what I normally do. I'm pretty impatient

I'm tentatively looking at property on the Norfolk coast. Nothing flash but want a place walking distance to the sea. Not sure where yet but planning a few trips out there to get a feeling of different places. I'm half temped to wait to see if property values fall but honestly, who.knows what will happen there.
