@Mark I feel that as the club continues it's current trajectory, we need another reaction emoji that's half the laughing one and half the crying one.

They're a poor aggregator. It's not their own sources, they're just basing the article off the tabloids. I do think enough of the tabloids are convinced we're actually about to sign Martin that it probably is true, though, especially given historic links to him and the profile of the managers we normally appoint. I'd be (pleasantly) surprised at this stage if he's not our next manager.

I don't agree. Martin would be a terrible appointment just as Rudkin continuing in his job would be terrible. The only hope we have of KP learning anything at this point is through considerable public embarrassment. The fans voicing their concerns loudly and en masse in a way the press pick up on is about the only thing we can do. I don't like the term happy clapper but English football fans are far, far, far too passive and we as a fanbase are probably one of the worst. It's clear the club is being very poorly run and it can't continue. The biggest win of the season today would have been if the fans had been abusing Martin loud enough and for long enough that it got a headline.

The Villa controversy almost certainly means Forest are going to shit house a flukey late equaliser to get in the Europa League. Guaranteed.

Villa and Newcastle opening the door for them and Forest still losing makes it funnier.

Everyone was acting like he'd have tried to out-pass the Prem. I think we'd have been better in attack and defence this year with his approach. Better defensive shape, better pressing, better counters. The "pragmatic" football everyone thought they were getting from Cooper was exactly what Enzo was going to provide, sensible defending, energetic pressing, fast counters.

It absolutely blows my mind the number of people that managed to watch us all year under Enzo and not actually understand what his football was. I've said a thousand times (and I'll die on this hill) that the problem is less 'Enzoball' and the fact that everybody wanted to park the bus against us. All of that "messing around at the back" is bait, it's trying to draw the opposition out and on to you so that you can beat the press and attack quickly behind them.

They should split that money equally between the Championship clubs that haven't been in the Premier League during the applicable period. **** the Premier League, it doesn't need another 150m and I include us in that. Would go someway to helping them compete with clubs that get parachute payments.
