Cardiff (A) 0-2 - 29 Dec - Post-Match Thread

Vesty looked genuinely contemptuous as he chucked his over the hoarding at the end -
I'm enjoying their clear, patient, optimistic love for their team. It's been quite funny at times but they're very positive.
-
Daka really clever there with his press, he went left to force the defender the other way into Fatawu, who he couldn't see on his shoulder. Smart.

We used to be able to just go mental with rage in the moment then hold a lifelong grudge against the official. Now we have the VAR debate to make it worse.

Ipswich (A) 1 - 1 - Boxing Day - Post-Match Thread
Bourbon Fox replied to lnkstern's topic in Leicester City Forum
We were turning it over consistently in the middle with KDH and Wilf in there, it was a real battle around the centre circle. That disappeared when we took them off and we were pushed back fifteen yards for the rest of the game. -

Coady? Didn't touch his hand? -

Lost the impetus for most of the second half in stark contrast to the most aggressive start I've seen us make this season. Ipswich earned the point regardless of the fortunate deflection, they were going to score sooner or later. Individually, Fatawu was quiet and it's hard to see what Iheanacho brought. Strange to take both KDH and Wilf off. The way things looked second half maybe Hamza for one of them could have been a better shout. The penalty would have put it to bed . After the subs we didn't look like scoring. -
Well that's gone exactly, perfectly to plan hasn't it? Ndidi's got his boots on the feet and Fatawu has struggled to get involved but hopefully they'll both grow into the game. Otherwise, we've pressed high and hard from kickoff, bagged the early goal and then sat back, controlled it and frustrated the hell out of them. Lovely stuff. Mavididi is terrifying. I actually think Coady's looked comfortable and the game time is valuable for him. KDH busy in there and Daka working hard to be the link. When we break forward with that line of three and Daka just in front we look very tasty indeed.
-
The prospect of these three tearing through causing havoc on the break is delicious. And Big Wout of course, skinning whoever he wants and pinging the one-twos through the lines like they don't exist with his magical feet.

Rotherham (H) 3-0 - 23 Dec - Post-Match Thread

Absolutely brilliant -
Loving this marauding Wout we've seen in the last couple of weeks. Right up there involved in the forward play again today, exchanging penetrating passes and moving, instrumental in two goals, this is a string to his bow that is surprising, unlikely and sometimes scarcely believable - it's like seeing a carthorse at the races. Can't get enough of Big Wout on safari at the minute!

To add to this, we've drawn one game all season. We've only failed to score in 4 matches. Clearly parking the bus does not work. -
We need to do our thing to the best of our ability and beat them. That's not changed. Two losses on the bounce to 3rd and 1st could hole Ipswich below the waterline. I'd rather have them looking over their shoulder than not. If we're to be worthy champions we need to beat whoever's in front of us and win these tough games.
-
Too sensible and pragmatic. I'm here for winning the league with record points and an embarrassing gulf to the 2nd place dogfight. You always talk sense.

This is deliciously arrogant

Surely a boring nil-all at Elland Road with a couple of red cards each?!
-
These days I literally just Google 'soccer streams' and I haven't had any trouble. Once I've closed all the ads offering to 'take my w*nk to the next level' or put me in touch with horny old women in Hinckley, that is.

LCFC must offer General Sale to fans
Bourbon Fox replied to Union FS's topic in Leicester City Forum
It's not that, it's that a proportion of seats could be kept available for general sale, ie actively protected by the club and made available to those who can't get to games regularly for reasons of time, commitment or money. A game is a rare treat for me. Doesn't make me any less of a fan. It would be great if I stood a chance of getting a ticket when I'm able to make it. -
Ah yes, the Sons of Walshy
-
If you weren't born in Filbert Street toilets at half time you're a bloody plastic
-
Yes sorry, you will need to sign it over to me sorry about that
-
I wasn't worried at half time, the win was clearly coming. Scoreline flattered the 'wall and the ref missed a clear penalty. Tidy.
