It's finally happened, I've hit the age where I've never even heard of one of the headliners.

They're bastards. My first ever place many years ago was a leasehold flat and I was fortunate that the service charge increases were trivial during my years there (happy years too being dead opposite the King's Head pub but I digress). When I went to sell the place, every single sheet of evidence required for conveyancing was a flat £75 charge. There was an instance where a colour copy was required (as it was a multi coloured utility drawing it was needed) they sent me the B&W copy, for £75 and then demanded I pay it again for the colour copy. It's a completely unregulated sector and it's disgusting that they're still not restricted on how much they can extort people. Part of me thinks these leeches know the game is soon to be up and they're squeezing every last penny whilst they can.

His whole Ukraine position is based on him being impeached for blackmailing Ukraine for dirt on Biden. It's nothing political, it's simply personal to him. This is one of numerous axes he has to grind which will impact what he does if he gets in. Agree he doesn't want to leave NATO as if he did he'd have done it. Just think it's Trump first followed by America First and if leaving NATO is a pre-req to settle a score, he'll do it.

Problem F1 has, and it's not the fault of the teams, but when a team is genuinely excellent, there's very little joy in the spectacle unless your one of these weird RB/Merc fan boys. Can't get too excited at seeing the time sheets. The sport relies on competitive racing. It's a problem F1 has always had and always will have. At least in football when Man City or peak Barca are top of their game you get some enjoyment in seeing it played at a high quality level.
