Hi all just to say despite very personal negative rhetoric against Rudkin and Top. I have applied. Quite frankly love Top and Rudkin, always have. Those chants the other day were appalling and couldn't have happened to a more competent director. Thanks, Your new Technical Director

Is the Technical Director so we can blame on field performance on someone else / sing about him instead? Seems that way to me. While we fall off a financial cliff, continually fail PSR and still hand out big fat contracts to big fat average players.

This is all well and good but Rudkin stood on the shoulders of giants (Walsh/Mills, Pearson/Shakey and the scouting team that THEY assembled.) They went on to get promotions (Walsh - DoF at Everton, Wigglesworth (Arsenal then head scout at Wolves,) Mackenzie (Spurs,) and I'm sure there's more....everyone wants to be associated (unfortunately, as is Rudkin.) Funny how no one can point to the value Rudkin added to get to the success? he's not a scout or seasoned DoF, but a youth coach that happened to be promoted to DoF at the right time. Shall we forget how Pearson was sacked, but not really... How utterly embarrassing that was. Following the immediate success we handed out big fat contracts, signed some big fat players as well. The point is the man overseeing the structural replacement was Jon Rudkin, who oversaw a decline there onwards. Throwing money at shit chief scouts and Rodgers' Congerton further evidenced Rudkin didn't actually know what he was doing. He has massively over spent on wages beyond our means, getting relegated with the biggest wage bill ever. Failed PSR multiple times. Relegated twice in three years. Sit mid table still with over paid average players many of whom Rudkin gave contacts too when we were top 8 PL. He should have 100% been sacked the summer we regressed in the market (losing Fofana and Kasper, getting ****ing Faes in return and **** all else.) Which would have been due to Rudkins mismanagement RE: handing out big contracts to average players in the years prior. Despite surviving the sack. He then survived getting sacked despite relegation. It's a clown world thought that Rudkin is in anyway a good DoF. The man has overseen the biggest decline of a football club in decades.

Where's the stat for parrying easy xG shots into a high xG area. Sniff. Like everything xG and statistical - doesn't tell the whole story and the eye test for Stolarczyk for me sees he's got a lot to improve on which comes with game time.

Clearly he's rattled by the escalation of chants, despite it being a significant minority. He needs to step down for his own sanity, but he won't. He doesn't need the money. He clearly doesn't like the attention. He's a cockroach.

Because the context is the club making a statement about it. Only a few hundred/thousand even knew there was a chant, and even then most probably forgot immediately. The fact is the club are inviting this 'but' because they're drawing attention to the fact that massive failure is STILL at the top of the club - that's why there's a but. It's not hard to see that.
